Took a tour of this facility. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Facility was clean and residents can either share an apartment with individual rooms (shared kitchen/bathroom) or if private pay one would get a studio apartment with kitchen/bath. Limited activities and meal service is provided at set times during the day. Residents are able to request snacks, sandwiches and other items outside of set meal times. Nice terrace for residents to enjoy. Small facility that seemed to have caring staff.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Assisted Living may be okay but Memory Care was not. My wife was is in Memory Care. They do not follow their regulations. They do not have housekeeping in Memory Care. I had to clean and vacuum myself. They would put new sheets over a saturated urine pad. I had to change her diapers and clothes myself. I was not happy with the level of care.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Best in town. Excellent facility, excellent tour, thank you. "Mom" was confused by other family information and somewhat by the tour. She has decided that the Fairways is not for her, mainly because it is expensive. She is getting along well at home.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
