The only negative I have is that they raised Moms level of care from 1 to 2 and then to 4 in a little over a month with no notice. So her level of care rate went from $[removed]. And the billing is changed mid month. So far we have been very pleased with them. The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is very attentive. Moms meds went up but I don't have a problem with that as they are using local. Andover Court does not presently take Medicaid.... Read more

The Best Decision We Could Have Made

This is the best decision that we could have made for our loved ones. The overall care that they receive, has assisted in improving their health and this is a big plus for our loved ones and family. This community is close for the family to visit our loved ones. The doctors are close by as well to be able to take our loved ones to the doctors. The staff communication with the family has been really good. There is an open door policy for the family to meet with the staff or directors. There is also a community council to gain feedback from the residents to make changes in the community. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. The food has improved as there has been additional staff hired in the dining room.

A Good Place to Be

The management has been really good. We're a little bit concerned because the General Manager is leaving at the end of the month, and we don't know how the new management will be be. But the gentleman who was there when we moved in was fantastic. Hopefully they can find somebody as good as he has been. The facility is very clean and nice. Pretty much every time I go in there, they're doing some sort of activity, and they have something for everybody if they want join in. My loved one is very happy there. The only concern she has right now is the food is not as good as it was when she first got there, but it's okay.

Andover Court offers Studio and 1 Bedroom. Learn more.

A Place for Mom has scored Andover Court 8.6 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
