Staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby is large and residents are always present during the day. I like the 12 hour dining availability. It helps when there are appointments to go to. There is always someone at the lobby desk to sign a resident in or out.

Great place

Great facility and caring staff.
It is the best place for the price in Santa Ross. The staff, food, activities, location - all excellent. It was light and laid out well. A creek is next to the walking path. Very clean and friendly staff.

Bang for your buck
My loved one is currently a resident at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa and everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. I am very satisfied with the care and attention that my loved one receives at this facility. Their entrance fee is very steep and non-negotiable, however. It would be nice if that were less. Overall, I would recommend Ivy Park at Santa Rosa to others.

A great place to live
Ivy Park at Santa Rosa is the best facility out of all of the ones that we saw.
The facility has lots of light and cozy spaces to sit and read or have a conversation. The food is great.
The staff engages the residents in activities.
There are several pianos and weekly music performances.
A trail by a creek for walks with locals walking their dogs.
Not a better facility for the price.

My Mother has been resident at Ivy Park for approximately 5 years. I must say their change of ownership has not been for the better..less staff etc, etc.
The latest escapade concerned the delivery of a new hospital bed for my mother. There was a mixup by the delivery person about the removal of the bed. Ivy park
Was totally unhelpful and kept calling my family saying they were going to destroy the bed if it was not removed immediately . Not giving us a chance to contact the delivery company..
The phone calls finally stopped and we can get no information about the whereabouts of the bed despite repeatedly asking them. The bed was very expensive, and the staff refuses to give us information.

My issue with this community was that the caregivers would let themselves in our rooms after knocking but we didn't have enough time to answer.
The room sizes were nice and the food was good.
I would recommend this facility.

Clean, friendly. Staff were all positive, helpful. Dining room very nice. $3200/mo and up PLUS care costs, depending on level of care needed. $4000 move in charge. Cat OK. [Removed] did tour. saw studio suite. Small but functional.must go to dining room, tray service available for price.

The perfect move
I couldn't be more satisfied having helped my 89-year old sister move in last month. She was at home with caregivers watching tv all day from her recliner. She loves the many interesting activities at Brush Creek, exercises, says her help is great and has made a very smooth transition.

A Happy Home for my mom
I initially looked at several facilities in the area and found Brush Creek to be the most desirable situation. One of my criteria was that my mom be able to bring her small dog and they were able to make this happen for her. I found Brush Creek to be more expensive that other assisted living homes. It's been nearly 3 years now and I feel good about my choice. My mom participates in pretty much ALL of the activities offered and that's probably the best part. The staff know her well and are easily able to adapt as her needs change. The core staff has been great to work with.

Great staff, but......
The staff here is great, however since my mother-in-law moved in a month ago they have been unable to install a working thermostat, a working TV box or a defective ceiling light despite numerous complaints. We are told that since they were purchased by Sunrise, they could not used their prior vendors and that has caused the delays. Without these issues the rating would be much better.

Great Community
It is a great community that is very clean and very well taken care of. This was one of our top two but the only reason we did not choose it was because the other community offered a better price. The community is a secure community and overall is actually a really great community.
