I feel like the safety of the facility was not up to par. The time delay between notification and knowing what is wrong and how to help should be better. An intercom system or the staff wearing radios would make it better. The communication and them knowing the needs of the residence needs to be a priority

My mom is in memory care. My mom was there for a little over a year. Things declined over that time. They have a high turnover rate for staff. A lot of the families volunteered to do things to help. The room size was great, she had a nice room. My mom never saw a doctor while she was there only LPNs. We were never able to get a Dr. signature for our legal and medical paperwork.

I think they did a good job of caring for my mom. They communicated well with us. The room sizes and layout of the community was really nice. My mom was in memory care. I felt it was very safe. I would have liked to see more activities for the residents.
