Prepare your loved one, for their stay and build trust with the team you will be working with. If your loved one isn't prepared then no place will make their stay good. The mind of your loved one is critical to them being happy.

Hospitality House cares about the residents. The staff were easy to work with if the family had questions or concerns about our loved one. There were three meals a day served to the residents. My loved one didn't like what was being served; however, the community allowed for the family to bring in items for our loved one to enjoy. It would be nice to see more options for the residents to choose from for meals.

Hospitality House was amazing, we were looking for something close by and affordable and this was that community. Immediately the staff were just genuine people, they were welcoming, open, and honest. They were not trying to sell us on anything. The health care givers were so good at their job, our loved one was always clean, his bedding and clothes were always clean. Our dad loved the food, and love the desserts. We could not not be happier with Hospitality House, this was the perfect place.

During Covid times, we have had to meet with our loved one in a special room. So we're not able to see where she's living at. But overall the staff is easy to communicate with. We had some issues at first with her not wanting to be there. She has since then adjusted, and they have been cooperative and kept us informed on everything.

Everything is going really well. I've been very happy with them in the three months or so that my friend has been there. They're pretty efficient with things. The staff are friendly, but I'm having a little trouble getting responses. But we're working on it. Right now they're doing renovations but keeping it clean considering.

When we were first allowed to tour the first impression right off the bat was that its very clean and no fowl smells. The majority of the staff we have encountered we have had good luck with. We built a really good rapport with the marketing lady we met with, and our loved one is now starting to participate in the exercises classes and bingo now that the activities are coming back.

We did not care for Hospitality House after our virtual tour with them. The lady that was showing us around was focusing the camera more on herself so we did not get a good feel for what the facility looked like. From what we could see the furniture looked like yard sale furniture and it is in a more residential area.
We Chose Hospitality House because we have lived in location where it is at and it has been here for years. It is a privately owned facility and when I walked in it was very clean, inviting, and all around a beautiful place. After talking to the staff and the director I felt like this would be the best fit. The staff members tease me on the phone and we have formed great relationships. They are very funny and sweet. We are very happy with our choice and would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking.

A small place, Hospitality House is a perfect fit for the needs of our 96 year old aunt. The care of the elderly can be quite diverse and demanding. We feel our Aunt is receiving the attention she needs at an affordable price.

My mother died there, she was there for a month then died, yes she had copd, and she was on oxygen, every time I visited her she didn’t have her oxygen on, she had bruises on her legs, my mom said one of the care givers pushed her into the wall which caused the bruising on her leg, they said my mom died from her copd but I’m not sure that’s what really killed her, there was no Autopsy done, I saw my mom a few days before she died and she was fine, and I talked to her the night before she died and she said they were out to hurt her and that she couldn’t talk about it cause they were watching her, so beware of this place

Hospitality House has been doing an excellent job. It is a secure place and the staff watched my husband very closely. I am pleased with what they do for him, they are doing things that I wouldn't have thought of. I like that they are very kind and caring. The helped most by supervising his exit seeking and started him on a new medication. They wanted to be by his side since the new medication could make him unstable.

Dad is going great since moving here. He really likes the social environment he is really liking the other residents. I think he likes the food. Overall the staff is good there are some members of the staff that could be a little friendlier and not as rude but overall they are fine. I feel comfortable that dad is getting the care he needs. I would probably recommend this community to anyone.

I am hoping that since the community has recently been sold and the management has changed hands that things will continue to improve which they have already started. My husband along with the care the facility provides is also under a hospice care and that seems to be going well he has improved to the point where he is participating in more activities and being a little more social. The staff is friendly and open to feedback. In the beginning, I had my concerns but now that the issues I had are being resolved and things continue to improve I seemed to have relaxed a little more and they are building my confidence back up again about the quality of care they will provide.
