I thought the quality of care was excellent. The facility was very clean and the staff were friendly. My husbands was a big foody and the chef came and talked to him to get his opinion about what spices to use to make the food even better. I think it was very well run - the director [name removed] was exceptional. It is not a fancy facility, but I was very impressed by everything else.... Read more

I toured this community and it was ok. They didn't seem to offer any private rooms/bathrooms. All were shared between 2-4 residents, depending on which option you chose. The cost was also high, especially considering their accommodation offerings.

The caregivers are very nice and seem to want to do a good job. The community is understaffed and is a revolving doors as far as employees go. The meals consistent of soup, mac and cheese, and more that seem to be more designed for elementary children than adults. The supplies that I purchase for my loved one, ends up being used for all the residents and not just my loved one. This is unfair to us who are paying for the medical supplies for our loved ones.

Our experience has changed, at first I wouldn't recommend the community....now I would recommend the community to others. The community has completely changed with the cleanliness, staffing, and the food was all improved. The only problem I have is the back patio is all dirt, and I would like to see this be completed so the residents can go outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. There used to be a lot of sandwiches for meals, and now it is more gourmet for the residents due to the new cook. If the resident doesn't like the food they will serve something different, this is a great change. There are no activities offered in the community. The community promised there would be church services, and none have been offered.
