We were right. It was in our price range, the staff worked tirelessly and were kind and gracious to all from the top down. It took her a bit to adjust leaving her home of many years, but she truly adjusted and found wonderful friends. She also felt safe in her apartment and in the building. I have many pictures of Momma with her friends at meals, at special activities, in her apartment there and in most all of them she is smiling and happy. It became a true community for her with her days left on this earth. A huge thank you to the staff for taking all of us in with open arms. We visited a lot and we were always welcomed. We also took advantage of the onsite nursing care when we needed home health care. They were respectful, loving and very competent. Thank you, Greenwood Terrace!
