Patients are Prisoners

It's so sad that unfortunately all the bad reviews on my grandmas assisted care facility, specifically memory care, at Harvard Square in Denver Colorado have shown to be true! Memory care should focus on consistency in order for Alzheimer patients lives and brain function to be more simple and at minimum livable! The home went downhill once [name removed], the only nurse to really care about her patient, had to leave in may of 2020 due to underpay and absurd guidelines due to covid-19! I pray everyday my grandma passes soon so she's once again at peace & no longer a prisoner at Harvard Square memory care !

I have Covid-19. I was diagnosed a week ago, they told me they would check on me everyday, they have checked on me one time. I need help with laundry since I am quarantined and can't leave my apartment, I asked for help and no one ever got back to me. My son called and they said to put it outside my door on Monday and they would pick it up. Today is Monday and it was sitting out there half the day. I called my son and he had to call back and it finally got picked up. They only change the sheets every 2.5 weeks and they are suppose to change them every week. My apartment has not been vacuumed in a month. I never get the food I order and when it does get here it is cold. The staff never follows up on anything I ask about.

Great care - Not so great finance director

My father was at Harvard Square Memory Care Facility for exactly a month. We loved the staff and he loved the staff. They were very caring and always worked with us on any concerns. I would give them a five except for the fact that their administrative office refuses to deal with us on the refund of our finances. It has now been three months since my father passed and they still will not even return my calls regarding the refund. The bookkeeper there has "stepped out of her office" every - and I mean every time I have called. This has been a truly frustrating end to what was terrific care that my father received.
