Dixileta A.C.H. was referred to me by 2 of my trustworthy friends. The owners take pride in their home and provide excellent service along with taking care of the residents in the group home. The home is very neat clean and the owners are very responsive to my calls, texts, etc. I would definitely recommend this group home.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Our Mom was here for 2 months before passing away. We paid for a private room, which she never had until the week she died. There was 1 care giver who lived there and sometimes she was there by herself. Owner would come over from her own house when we would visit. Never saw her on Sunday. Our Mom was in severe pain from what the Dr. termed a massive and aggressive tumor in her head, yet we would have to say something most times for her to get pain medicine. Also always some excuse why she didn't get her private room, and finally the last week when she did, they moved some guy in there tied up to a chair at night.. Sad. Seemed like a money grab for sure, would not recommend.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My Father has unfortunately passed away, but while he was here I felt the staff members were extremely attentive to his needs. Every time I went to visit him, the staff was very professional and I could tell they cared a lot. The atmosphere here is very warm, inviting, and bright. I would recommend this facility to other families.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
