The main facility was clean and welcoming - loved the layout of the appartment and the fitness center. Some unique options that I really liked. The memory unit, however, was much more like classic nursing home - dimly lit, and in need of upgrade.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
My father was neglected and abused here (the Memory Care unit was chronically under-staffed and unable to provide the necessary services they promised -- like nutrition, hydration, personal hygiene, or social interaction). Dad nearly died there two years ago. Today we celebrated his 88th birthday, which he would never have lived to see if he had stayed at Brookdale. See 2016 citation at Washington State's Department of Social and Health Services (Intake [removed]).Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The sales person was very nice, the food was good. However, the living space was VERY small. The area was a distance from community activities.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
