It is a good place but not someone with memory care needs. My loved one declined quickly when they entered into the community. There was a medical issue and we are unaware of how long it was before the staff were made aware of this. They couldn't take care of my loved one needs even though they said they could during the initial assessment.
I thought they were absolutely fantastic. The lady who gave the tour and met with me there was just wonderful. It would have been my #1 choice, except it was just a brand new facility that wasn't quite established enough yet to handle the level of care my loved one needed.
We chose Clarendale because my aunt just liked it the best, when she went to visit she felt comfortable here. The apartment sizes are really nice. I think the meals are good, but they are understaffed so when she goes to eat she complains that she can sit there for a while before someone comes to ask her what she wants. The have a bistro there where you can just walk up and order and she loves that. I think it is really well located, everything you would need id around there. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and the facility is new so it has a new fresh feel to it. Overall she has been very happy and we are happy having her there.
We chose Clarendale because it was a brand new facility and it was in a great location at the time for my mom. The room sizes here on the assisted living side are nice but the memory care rooms are kind of tight. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.
I visited Clarendale St Peters this morning and was incredibly impressed with both the staff and the community as a whole. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly and welcoming. The building was beautiful and clean. Great experience overall!
Director of Memory Care [name removed] is awesome! All other employees I have interacted with have been wonderful. My dad loves it here and likes the staff very much.
Very nice place, clean and convenient. Very friendly.
I was so impressed with this community. From the moment I walked through the front door, I knew my mother would love to call this home. Every employee I came in contact with was cheerful and polite. The common space is full of light and bright. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed. This community is first class!
Clarendale of St. Peters is such a beautiful community with a wonderfully dedicated team. Would recommend to anyone.
I live in this community. I reviewed many others before making my decision. The apartments and villas are new, open, airy and very inviting. The grounds are new and landscaping is very nice. Covid has limited our community gatherings, but we have enjoyed a wide variety of activities, Yoga, Zumba and other exercising along with our fitness center. We love our clubs (Garden, Writing, Book, etc.) movie nights and our weekly Happy Hour! There are so many activities to chose from - you can be as busy as you want. The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. I encourage you to check out the virtual tours and learn more about the Independent Living , Assisted Living and Memory Care.
