Grateful
My mom is currently a resident at Cedarbrook Memory Care. The facility is very well staffed and very clean. I've had a little difficulty speaking with my mom, but I suspect it's to help her integrate which has been successful. Mom is not loving food, but she is super particular in that regard. The move in was a snap. One major thing has been the price stability. I don't expect that to last forever, but so far it has kept us from fear and worry. I would recommend Cedarbrook Memory Care to others.

A place for your loved one
We had our choice of any assisted living facility and chose Cedarbrook Memory Care for the following reasons:
1. Executive director and Director of Community Relations made everything easy from the first contact. They treated us like family (need I say more).
2. Licensed LVN on staff 24/7 .
3. Genuine compassion that we immediately felt from EVERY staff member.
Benefits:
1. Very careful with strict Covid precautions to keep my husband safe.
2. Assurance of physical safety regarding falls, etc.
3. Willingness to offer care that other communities could not.
I would recommend Cedarbrook because your loved one will be safe, well cared for, and treated with respect and love. This is an extremely difficult time and I am high maintenance. They have gone above and beyond to be patient, kind, understanding and answer my every question.

This facility is very upscale, yet warm and inviting. All staff are super kind and friendly. After only one week of my Mom's residence there, I have received numerous phone calls to keep me updated on Mom's status. This has definitely helped ease my mind that this is the right choice for her. Because of COVID lockdown, I have not been able to visit, but I have been able to stop by to get updates from all staff. So far, this place has been a real blessing! The staff has also been so helpful in helping me during this emotional time. I'm so pleased with Cedarbrook!

2020 COVID-19 Excellence
Fresno, CA has been a constant hotbed for COVID-19 in 2020 & on. Cedarbrook has worked hard to keep residents healthy, sane & happy during their long stay-in-place marathon, keeping families informed and enabling visits as the law & safety allowed. My Dad moved in at the beginning of summer 2020 & we were very concerned. He has done well & I thank all of the staff for their hard work during this difficult & scary time!! ??????????

I thought that Cedarbrook was a nice environment and it is a very secure facility. I did also like that it is all strictly memory care residents, so the staff members were dedicated more to those individuals.

Cedarbrook is actually an awesome place to take care of your loved one!
Our loved really enjoys the meal and dining services, and from what we have seen the activities seem good. With COVID it has been so hard, but they have been very cautious. They made a blocked room where you can see your loved one through a glass window. Our loved one seems pretty happy, and she feels safe there

I would tell people that I am grateful the my loved one is there, during this difficult time.
The community has been exceptional at keeping the residents safe during COVID.
Cedarbrook has been really creative at allowing visits for the residents and families. There have been window visits, virtual visits, and drive by visits for families and residents.

My mother has been a resident since March 2018. The staff is attentive, caring and genuinely take an interest in her. They are very helpful when issues arise and communicative.
We can't imagine her being cared for anywhere else. The staff has become an extension of our family. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful place.

Highly Recommend this place!!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a five star assisted living place. They have went above and beyond in my expectations in the care they are providing my loved one with. The staff do a great job on making sure she is feeling comfortable and they handle problems very professionally. They have great entertainment through out the week as well as many other great amenities. She is also a very picky eater so I am pleased to see how much she is enjoying her meals that they serve.

This is a nice community for my dad. He is safe and well taken care of. They do offer activities for him to patriciate . The staff is very nice and caring. The food needs alittle improvement. I would recommend this to other families for the great care here.

State of the art community !!
I could not have asked for a better community for my loved one. They are truly state of the art with the knowledge that they have with memory care patients. Our aunt has been in care at CedarBrook for 12 months. Our family has been very pleased with the excellent standard of care for her. We nieces and nephews are her children and we feel very grateful for the high level of care, beautiful and warm surroundings, cleanliness and the feel of home of this beautiful facility. We are especially grateful for the loving, caring staff who go out of their way to make sure our aunt is safe, well cared for and to the degree that she is able to understand now is happy in this environment. As family members some live in Fresno/Clovis and some of us hundreds of miles away...we can call in and speak to staff who immediately know who we are, answer our questions and have always communicated with us as part of the team who cares for our dear aunt.
