Once COVID came we were not able to go in and visit our loved one, but beforehand we were able to go inside an the cleanliness of this community was immaculate, there was never any fowl smell. That is one reason we wanted our loved one to go there. The staff members were all great, the care services seemed excellent during the short time she was there. From what they told us, they seemed to offer a good amount of activities.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Since I live out of state it has been difficult for me to see the community until recently and I was extremely pleased with what I found. I could not have asked for a better-centered location right off the major highways so that my 3 siblings can visit mom more often. The community is well maintained and clean the staff looks and acts professionally. They are kind and caring and very accommodating. They have my mom sitting with other woman and socializing with them at mealtimes. She seems to be eating and enjoying the food and while I was there I would go at a breakfeast time and not leave until dinner time and not once during those hours did I see anything but happy residents and staff.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My brother and I were very impressed from the moment we walked through the door. The lobby was beautiful and were greeted immediately - there was even a personalized welcome sign at the doorway. We sat and talked for a while about my dad's particular needs and found that they could accommodate him. When we took a tour we noticed how clean the place was and what I particularly noticed was how happy the residents were (many of them waved and smiled at us)as we walked down the hallways, peeked into the activity rooms and checked out the dining room. We went and looked a one bedroom apartment that was available and think that it would be perfect for our dad. We wish that he was more mobile and could come see this place for himself because we think he would be just as impressed. It sure beats the traditional nursing home environment that I thought was our only choice.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
