When we first encountered them they were very on top of everything. The only thing that was lacking is once my father was admitted and if I had any questions I was not sure who to address the questions to. I had to keep going to the head of sales to find who I needed to speak with. Other than this any other issues were addressed, I would not hesitate to move in here if it ever came to it.

I think they've done the best that they can under the circumstances with Covid. Not being able to go in and visit has been really difficult for our family, and it's difficult to evaluate Mill Creek, as all of our interaction has been over the phone. The staff has been pretty good, but they could improve on follow-up. I don't think they're as quick at follow-up as they could be. I think they've done as good a job as they can helping me stay in contact with my loved one, considering dementia in general and then the Covid situation on top of that. My loved one tells me they keep it really clean. I think they're pretty good generally.

We are very impressed with where our loved one is at, the appearance and the smell of the community really stood out to us. As an inspector for the state, we could tell the maintenance team is on top of everything here. The hospitality is wonderful and so friendly. Our loved one has dementia and can be very demanding and stubborn, and we were highly impressed with how they have handled the behavior. They handle our loved ones health tremendously, and gave our family guidance when we needed it. We did not know everything that came with dementia, and the different stages and they time the time to guide us and explain everything to us the best the can. Anytime we give the staff feedback, they handle it professionally. We would like the thank them all for not only using showing us things we did not understand, but taking the time to help give our family peace of mind. They do not get enough recognition.
