I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff really make the community and are fantastic to work with. If there is an issue the staff quickly fix the problem. The food is good for my loved one.

The move in was great and very inviting. My mom enjoys living here.

Our tour was great. But it was just too new of a community. It was going to be several months before anyone else was moving in, and a big part of the reason we were looking to move our loved one was for socialization.

It is a very nice place, and I would hesitate to send one of my parents there. Anytime I've called the staff are available to answer my questions. They are quick to let me know about my loved one and changes by calling.

We moved into an independent villa in March. Our children found it for us, and they were so confident we would be happy here that they put a deposit down before they told us. We were very happy to hear this news, and we visited and agreed the following day. It truly is a wonderful community. We LOVE our new home. It fits every need for both of us, and it's beautiful. We have access to all of the amenities in the big building. The food has been consistently very good. The staff is great and everyone is extremely nice and caring. We are both so relieved to be in a safe, friendly environment that truly does feel like home. Come see us!

The sales staff and the director helped us arrange everything and move in, and they went out of their way to help me in every way to get us taken care of. So I would recommend Oak Pointe to anybody. They've been great. The care they provide is fantastic. The staff I've talked to have been very good and very helpful. They keep the residents quite busy with activities always going on. The food is fantastic.

The entire experience has been amazing! None of the residents have contracted COVID. Anytime I have a question or concern about my loved one the staff calls back immediately. You get what you pay for. The staff will bend over backwards to assist my loved one. They even allow virtual visits, and they go out of their way to ensure we have contact.

The staff here is truly amazing. Every staff member knows the residents and gives them all the attention they neec. Since my Dad moved into Provision I have slept better knowing he is looked after by caring people and amazing technology. During these terrible Covid times Provision is doing their best to keep every one safe while keeping the residents engaged with the comminity both inside and outside of the facility.

Great caring staff that provides quality care. They are very responsive. Lots of activities and 1 on 1 in Memory care. Due to their early and consistent actions no one has contracted the Corona Virus. Beautiful facility with nice spacious rooms and community areas.

Having to make the difficult decision to place my mom outside of her home was heartbreaking. We are so happy that we chose provision as her new home. The staff here truly care about the residents. During this difficult time with limited visitation due to COVID, provision has kept my mom engaged and helped maintain our visits via the camera. They are constantly making videos, creating new activities, and making sure people are happy and healthy. I’m so thankful for them and would recommend this home to anyone looking to have their mom or dad placed in senior living.

My 96 year old Dad has been at Provision for 2 months. During the past 2 months he has been well cared for and is participating in many activities. (Check out the list of activities, they are geared for adults, not a revisit of things we did in day camp.) He really enjoys the restaurant style dinning and the freedom to go for meals when he chooses. The food is good, much to his doctor's and my delight he has gained 10 pounds. The staff is the friendliest and most caring I have seen any where. Their electronic monitoring is truly amazing, when you tour the facility make sure to check it out. The electronic monitoring even works while he is sleeping. Since Dad has been at Provision, I am sleeping better not having to worry about how he is doing.

I have been a resident at provisions of West Bloomfield for approximately the last year. My experience here, has been very positive in so many ways. I have Felt loved, cared for, and respected in every way. The staff here has made me feel very welcome and safe. There is someone that needs an extra special thank you as far as I’m concerned. [Name removed] has gone out of her way, above and beyond, in so many ways, to make my stay here so comfortable. Whenever I expressed a need for myself, she was right there, on top of it, and made certain that everything was taken care of, properly and efficiently. [Name removed] Is thrilled to help anyone, for anything, for any reason, to make sure everyone is taken care of . Even when I’ve had to be in a hospital from time to time, she would reach out to my family to check on me. She always made me feel so welcome, and a very important part of the community where I was living. Thank you so much to her, and everyone that helped me in my time of need.

My experience with Provisions at West Bloomfield was very positive. I was treated with the upmost respect and compassion. I felt very safe and well cared for. My care plan was professionally evaluated, and implemented to fit my needs. The atmosphere and living space is very beautiful and comforting. It was the right place for me to be. I would most definitely recommend Provisions at West Bloomfield to all, as a loving and caring community. The kindness that I felt, was so important. Provision Living at Forest Hills has proven to be the most rewarding experience of my senior years.Director, [name removed] and his entire staff were genuinely concerned with my wellbeing, interests, comfort and satisfaction. I no longer fear any possible future placement in an assisted living facility for I have found a perfect alternative home and family.

We looked at numerous assisted living facilities for our mother in the area. Provision Living was far and away our number one choice. [Name removed] and the entire staff at Provision are excellent at their jobs and provide us peace of mind that our mother is being well cared for.

Oak Pointe had a very welcoming and home-like atmosphere. The physical layout of the memory care section was appealing. All rooms opened onto a central area so all residents are visible to the staff at all times. [Name removed] was very helpful and clearly communicated what services are available.
