Clean/friendly and every resident was happy and talking with us. The residents are a real community there. Food quality is low. People are outstanding. Mom is happy. She likes it there. Thank you for the assist!

We were able to have an in person tour at Van Mall and we thought the experience experience was great. The staff we met with were friendly and the community was extremely neat and clean.

Majority time was in memory care which is (partly due to Covid) akin to having the residents in a jail dorm. Not impressed with day to day interaction with staff for our parents. Would NOT recommend to anyone based on our experience. Hygiene materials were not resupplied as needed including toothpaste, shampoo, and towels. We were asked to supply these ourselves which, based on monthly costs seemed unreasonable tonus. The assisted care section is very nice with library and rec rooms and barbeque patios. But still would never recommend

This review is for the cottages (independent living) they get all 5 stars! The club house for the cottages has a great chef (unfortunately retiring in 2024), several activities offered and [name removed] the activity director is well loved. They have happy hour once a week in the clubhouse and go to local restaurants, parks, rose/rhododendron gardens, etc. The cottage sizes are excellent! They have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a one car garage. They also have a full kitchen but it is smaller.

Mom is very very happy and has not looked back. She was able to participate in activities the first day she was there and the staff made sure to seat her with others at meal times!

TimberPointe offers LOTS of activities & trips to various festivals, shopping trips & other outings, Wi completions w/ other assisted living facilities various card games, exercise & yoga, Jewish & non-denominational church. There is baking club, garden club, puzzles & more. They have a resident council monthly & they have resident ambassadors that help expose new residents to various activities & meeting other residents. I moved my Mom there from Arizona sort of kicking & screaming & after 3 weeks she thought it was great & was active in numerous things & encouraged others.

Our overall experience has been good. I would like to see more outings for the residents. The staff treats the residents respectfully and are very friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. It's a really nice community. I definitely can recommend Van Mall!

It's very clean. They are very nice people. They a lot of activities. It's good value for the money. We picked this community, because it was very vibrant, it's very social, and the residents seemed to be interacting more than some of the other places, that I visited. They keep them active, and social.

I was very pleased with the care my mother was receiving. She was very happy. We picked this community, because I liked the location and the staff. They offer activities, such as; Tai Chi, drumming, exercise room, someone comes in and plays music. These are only a few of the things my mother has talked about.

As the daughter of a resident, I would tell others how quickly my mom made friends and joined in activities, as well as how much she likes the staff. She feels so welcomed that her isolation and depression has improved greatly.

Timber point has been a great place for my grandma! She’s been able to gain independence and everyone is very welcoming! I also love the events the staff hold for the residents during the holidays and throughout the year!

Not only is Timber Point a lovely place to call home, (one of our family members says "its like living on a cruise ship") but there are activities for most special interests, like art classes, scheduled aerobic and yoga exercise sessions, a gym, movies, table games, a lovely dining room featuring delicious meals and cafe-style choices served by friendly servers. There are seasonal celebrations, and musical events, trips to shopping, banking and medical appointments, as well a special excursions. What ever you are on spiritual journey, there are several denominational inspirational sessions, each week. In closing since choosing Timber Point as our residence in 2022 we feel totally fulfilled.

Mom and I moved into Timber Pointe in [date removed]. We couldn't be more pleased with our spacious 2 bedroom apartment and the quality of care we receive from staff. Most residents here are quite friendly and willing to help learn taking advantage of all the facility has to offer. The marketing team was amazing in helping us get approved and moved into our place. Timber Pointe should be towards the top of your list of places for your elderly parent or friend.

I love timber pointe, I own the salon here and also have very close family friends and have come to meet some people I call family now. There are the sweetest care givers that treat your loved ones like their own grandparents !

I’ve had the privilege to volunteer and help with activities and events at Timber Pointe multiple times over the years, and have gotten to meet and have nice conversations with lots of the residents. The events and activities that are held for the residents clearly have so much effort, thought, and care put into them, everyone has a great time at them. On top of fun events the facility itself is very neat and clean and has a warm welcoming environment. If anyone is looking for an assisted care facility for their loved one, Timber Pointe is 100% the place to go and where your loved one will make new friends and enjoy their time there.

We really liked the community and staff. They didn't have any availability for my loved one.

I was able to check out a few other communities prior to Van Mall, and this is the best I have ever seen. The community has a pleasant smell to it. I believe the staff take good care of the residents. I really like it and so does my loved one. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in.

Overall great place for my brother, they have plenty of activities and the food has many options to chose from. He has become very picky and says does not like the food or even the water now. My brother would like to not be there but is best place for him with care needed. The staff has been wonderful and very accommodating.

We had a very good tour at Van Mall. I really liked them - they would have been my 1st choice. But my loved one preferred a different location.
