Everybody has been helpful to me and they explain things to me. The dining is very nice and everything is nice. I have no complaints. Though he does not like the food too well. He is getting good care. So far so good. The staff are very nice.

It's a well-run facility. The place is very attentive and it is extremely clean and they do everything they say they will. I'm very impressed with the rehab and they have brought her along fine. Any time we ask for something they do it immediately. They greet me and ask if they can do anything. The nursing care is excellent. They have someone popping in the room almost every 15 minutes. They keep the room immaculate. You walk in and it looks like a Marriot. Every time I talk to someone they know what is happening with her.

It's been a wonderful experience! 5 stars all around! The director of nursing is very good, the administrator, the aides, and the nurses, all have been really good. The front desk all very nice and good, they greet you and are helpful and ask if I need anything. He says every meal is delicious! And he's a picky eater! Everyone - the rehab, director, nursing - everyone has been wonderful!

The staff is excellent. They are a team. It's very clean, the staff is very responsive and caring. The only problem is basing discharge on 50 steps and needs to be 100. They released her too early last time. Everything else is tops, they are great. They are dealing with elderly people well and it is spotless and never smells of urine. They are caring nurses and friendly. There's not enough good things I can say about the nurses. If I had a little more insight as to how she is progressing it would be good.

Belair is much better than other rehabs. It's very warm and welcoming, and my loved one is comfortable. I'm comfortable with her there. They have it together and they all know what's going on where, the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. The meals aren't bad but they're not great.
