think they are very attentive and meet patients requirements. They come when they are called and seem very efficient. I am happy with it. They are very attentive. They care. Oh, they are wonderful. It's very clean. The whole entire facility is kept very well. Well every day they feed him carrots. He is a finicky eater when it comes to vegetables, but he eats them.

My mom seems happy and she is doing the PT. They have her walking with assistance. She has been to other rehab places and this PT is really good. It seems more like they treat the patients with respect. They go out of their way to way to help my mom. The aide on today has been excellent. She takes care of dressing her and getting her meals. After she eats the tray is taken away in a timely manner and clean her room. They have some choices for the meals. They have a couple of substitutes.

My mom is showing steady progress which shows me the program she is on is going well for her. They are very good with their communication. If I make any requests the staff is responsive and helpful. While I was here I asked for an update and they were very good about providing that information.

They are very helpful. If you need stuff they are willing to find out and get it for you. My sister is progressing within the first two weeks and walk a bit. I had asked them to change some stuff and they didn't, I found her on a toilet when I got there and took a long time for them to come in. They haven't spoken to us about progress or anything.

I am very appreciative of the staff here at the facility so far!

My mom is getting excellent medical care and got her meds on time. She is always clean and she is getting PT and OT on time. They are excellent. The nurses are outstanding. The staff are great and helped her to the restroom and helped in a timely fashion. They remembered her name from a year ago and made her feel like a super star. It is very clean and does not smell. She liked meals. The staff communicates really well.

This is the nicest facility. They have been very nice and very accommodating. So far so good and twice a day therapy. I like the admissions director and she gave me a tour beforehand and I felt very comfortable with the facility. The Admissions Director communicated well and the nurses.

I'd recommend Belair. I do have to be proactive with communication.

My loved one is being treated very well and he likes the activities. Rehab is very good and he is walking. He is progressing very fast. We like one of the staff members who is very nice. Everyone is very friendly. They explained everything to us in our meeting.

They have been very helpful and polite from simple things like getting a blanket or blood test they are quick to get your answers. The nurses have been very nice to my loved one. It's very clean and very nice. He is on a restricted diet and it is a little flat as expected.

The administration is a good. She has good days and bad days. Rehab is good. They are nice. It is very clean. She is asking for certain foods and she is not getting it. They do not give her the food she requests. I am not getting much input.

The CNAs are nice, attentive, have nice personalities, and are respectful. The nurses are efficient and the call wait time is reasonable. They are nice to my loved one. The therapists work well with her. Her room is neat and kept up, with a clean bathroom. The meals are not that great. They are accommodating and they're okay.

It's professional, clean, and very nice. It's our fourth time here. We've had good results the last time we were here and assume so this time. The nurses are very good. They come when called and make sure she is clean and dressed nice and they coax her to eat. The food looks delicious and they are very accommodating. If I go to the nurse they talk to me and get me information. They called me for a care plan meeting and have been very helpful.

Every aspect, all the things they are supposed to provide, they do it professionally and on time. I walk with cane and the front desk comes to get me and greet me by name and wheelchair and it's useful for me and I'm glad I don't have to explain myself every time I come in there. They're all excellent! The social workers communicate well.

They are very attentive. My loved one is happy there. Rehab is good but I would like him to have a longer time in therapy. I like the PT person. He cleans his plate and no complaints about the food.

The place is great. The rehab is good. The people are great. Everything is good. No one answered my wife's roommate's call for a very long time and I tried to help her. My wife had terrible pain and no one gave her medication. I had to call them to get them to go take her meds. The staff are okay. There are nice people there and not so nice people. They clean. It's good. My wife gets her food without bread and they said call extension and waited for 15 minutes. The extension for the cooking is so busy.
