My mother lived at renaissance Village for almost 5 years. I was impressed on how the staff was always attentive to her needs. They are friendly and very professional. The facility was kept spotless and cheery. They kept the residents engaged with activities and outings. They went tom great lengths to make her feel it was her home and the other residents were her neighbors. It is a wonderful place and would highly recommend it .

Our experience has been wonderful. My Mom is in Memory Care here at Renaissance and let me tell you, it's a huge improvement from where she was at before. She is really thriving here and I believe it's because of the wonderful staff and all the activities they provide for the residents. The community is very clean and well maintained, that it seems more like a resort. I highly recommend taking a tour and you'll see what a great place this could be for your loved one.

Excellent in every respect! From the initial meeting and tour of the facility I was impressed with the professionalism and thought that went into the whole operation. The building was designed for dementia/Alzheimer residents and it really works. My wife has dementia and is bi-polar so her care required an extra level of attention which was provided superbly. Her caregivers are of the highest level and I cannot say enough positive about them. The activities provided are exceptional, including having pictures of your loved one emailed after each event...amazing! The entire staff is deserving of praise for the way they perform. The food is excellent, the facility is spotless and well maintained, the residents medical needs are well covered, the caregivers are involved with each resident and provide outstanding care. The office staff is responsive, personable, professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for the best possible care facility for a loved one then I would highly recommend Surprise Memory Care.

I really like [name removed] and the staff. The activities director is very engaging. The residents are a little older acting but very nice. The facility is clean. Centrally located for someone who has lived in Fullerton all his life.

We had such a great experience at Surprise Memory Care. The staff there is amazing and truly assisted in making my Grandma's last few months comforting. A couple of stand out folks for us was The LPN's [name removed] and [name removed]. They were wonderful with my Grandma and with us family as well. All of the caregivers were fantastic really! We loved the activities director as well. She took my Grams to have yogurt and sent us pictures of it. We could not have chosen a better place for her. The Administration staff was also fantastic including [name removed] and [name removed]. We appreciate all the love and support they provided for us.

Well good things come to an end, both my parents spent 3+ years here. The facility care is amazing and wonderful! My Dad passed away on [date removed] this year 2019. His last days were so well taken care of, look no further for a facility for your loved one! I will be happy to personally talk with anyone concerning this Assisted living facility. [Name removed]

Very nice facility. 40 beds. Somewhat institutional, but still nice.

Lovely facility with amazing amenities. Just a bit too fancy for a basic needs and budget. Would highly recommend for anyone who is more social and active than we are.

We are extremely pleased with the tender living care our loved one is receiving!

My 89 year old mother passed in the care of Brookdale. They were compassionate and caring. They treated her with respect and dignity and helped her feel safe. She had Alzheimer's, was near blind, and near deaf. I visited often at all different times of day. I observed excellent service on all occasions. I received timely phone calls when there were any issues of concern in her care. I would highly recommend this facility for elders. Coordination of care with home health and hospice was seamless and I felt supported by the Brookdale staff throughout my mother's stay.

We moved [Name removed] to Chandler Memory care after attending their day program for several weeks. The staff were supportive by giving us suggestions as to how to proceed with the move, and helping both us and [Name removed] acclimate to our new life style. [Name removed] has made new friends, loves the activities and is busy every day. The family receives photos via text message on a weekly basis and telephone calls if there are any concerns. We are able to come and go and visit at any time...making us feel comfortable with our ability to keep an eye on her care. We love the big evenets they hold for holidays and fun videos posted on facebook. She tells us she loves her new home and her roommate. The staff all appear to know her well Would highly recommend both the day program and residence.

The Lodge was very nice, clean, the room was large and bright. The dining room is cozy and family style. We only spoke to one staff member but she was very nice and helpful.

We’ve had a beloved family member at Renaissance Village for over a year. Our loved one can be quite difficult at times and he is now 95.5 years old now on Hospice care and slowly declining. My husband and I frequently comment on how much this staff does around the clock to keep [name removed] as comfortable as possible, and given his temperament, that’s a challenge!! [Name removed], Wellness Director, listens to all of our concerns w compassion and communicates w her staff how to address our concerns with consistency. We are grateful every day our Ben is cared for with genuine love and care. We would highly recommend Renaissance Village to others!!!

My friend with early onset Alzheimer's was one of the first residents at Renaissance Village. For the almost 4 years she had been in Assisted Living she was well cared for, always kept busy, enjoyed many, many outing and activities. We looked at 6 different facilities in the area, and Renaissance was far and above the others in terms of "bang for the buck" . In the past year, as her abilities have declined, the staff was caring, and vigilant. Her medical emergencies were dealt with quickly and appropriately with an abundance of caution. When it became apparent she needed to transition to the Memory Care Unit, the staff developed a transition plan which was implemented over a period of 2 months. Their sensitivity and concern to minimize her anxiety over the move was outstanding. We moved her to her new room earlier this week. Due to their thoughtful planning, she experienced little, if any, adverse reaction. The assistance and communication from all staff is outstanding. One of the earlier Directors told me their job was to put a smile on their residents faces....and...since many had memory issues, if the resident did not remember why they were smiling, it was the Staffs' job to put a smile back on that face. They have achieved that goal!

This place is wonderful. The facility is very light and open with bigger hallways and a bigger courtyard, which really works for my Mom. Her room is nice and big with lots of windows in it. The staff has been very patient with her and I really appreciate the calmness that they have. The building is kept very clean and housekeeping comes by her room once a week to clean. A lot of the walking areas are level for when my Mom wants to take a walk and the sidewalks are a bit away from the main streets so it isn’t too busy. They offer a few different activities like bocce ball, games, bingo, and lots of entertainment. They also offer outings off campus and to the store. This place has been great and I would recommend them.

My loved one lives here, and overall, I feel our experience has been really good. I really think that the communication at Chandler Memory Care is the best point about the community. It is excellent. They do a really good job keeping up updated about things. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating. The food is alright here, and meals seem complete and nutritious. I also like that the community is very clean. I also like that they have a good amount of things going on the in the community to keep residents engaged. They have three full time people there who organize the activities such as games, outings, and live entertainment. I'm happy with our experience so far, and I would recommend Chandler to others.

Mom gets 24hr care and I really can’t complain because everything seems to be going well. The facility has their own medical team that comes in for any needs the residents may have. I’ve eaten with her several times and the food is really good. They serve a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and there are a few options to choose from on the menu if you don’t want what’s being served. Usually the food is cut up, but if it isn’t then it’s easy to break apart or is soft. The staff gives her showers twice a week and they’ll take her to get her hair done once a week at the in-house beauty parlor. The cleanliness of the facility is exceptional and housekeeping comes by all the time. If she’s cold they’ll go in her room and give her a blanket, if she doesn’t already have one. It’s just constant care and they really try their best. They have activities every day and they really keep the residents engaged, memory wise, all day long. They even recommend not having TVs in the residents’ rooms so they can stay engaged. However, there is a big TV room where everyone can come by and watch programs together. I’m very pleased with this place and the care they’ve been giving my Mom.

My mother-in-law was in this community for respite care for about 6 weeks. We were very happy with them. The staff was nice and attended to her needs. The food was excellent and she loved it. It was always clean and very nice. Everyone was coherent here as well and it makes things easier. I would recommend this community.

My Grandma likes it here and we are more than happy with the staff. All of the staff members have a smile on their face and always seem so pleasant. We’ve never had any trouble finding someone to help us. When we had problems with my Grandma’s TV, the maintenance staff was right there for us. They also are really good about calling us to let us know what’s going on. I am really pleased with this facility and I would recommend it.
