The director was the one who gave us the tour and we really liked her and got along well. The facility itself was lovely. The only reason we did not choose them was due to the further location from where I am.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice facility. We were able to get a good feeling for the place, the staff was very nice and the food looked to also be very good.

We chose Big Springs Place because once I looked at the facility and talked to them, I knew that this was the place he needed to be. So far he has really enjoyed his time here and is happy. His room is a little on the smaller side, but it is adequate for his needs. I would recommend to others who are looking.

Our family virtually toured the facility and it was a great experience, and it would of been our first choice but at the time they just did not have any openings available. The communication was straight forward, it was a great facility they showed us as much as possible. They provided enough time for us to go over any questions or concerns. They present the tour very nicely and if we wanted to see other rooms they did not show they would show us. They were more then willing to work with us.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get passed the front conference room as my Dad moved into the facility in [date removed] during the COVID pandemic. From what I can see and from my tour prior to the lockdown, the facility looks very clean and friendly. I'm rating some areas as n/a due to my limited knowledge. I can say that [name removed] has been awesome!! When I met her on my tour, I knew that Lanier Place would be a great family-oriented facility for my Dad. She made me feel at home and ensured me that she would treat my Dad as if he were her father. She has done this every time I talk to her or visit. have also interacted with [name removed] and she has been very nice as well.

I love it here it is like family. I love the size of the building and the people here.

I needed a place quickly last [date removed] for my husband who had fallen and was not able to return home. Having just moved here, I was lost, stressed and unprepared. The hospital suggested A Place for Mom and I called out of pure desperation. The counselor I spoke with understood my dilemma and suggested a few options. I chose Lanier Place because it was smaller, the introduction (via video tour) was most helpful in Covid times and the facility was close to home. I am grateful every day for the staff and management there who work so hard to keep the residents happy.

I appreciate the love I feel every time I go to Lanier Place. The staff that works there seem to be very happy. Most of the staff have been there for years. The staff always greets me with a warm welcome. I have seen many nice communities, but it felt cold and distant. Lanier Place is well kept, and welcoming all the time.

They have great communication at this community, we would give them all high remarks as it was as a good experience.

Very happy with Lanier Place. The staff is very professional, friendly and love working there. While it has been a challenge to navigate visits and restrictions during Covid, I think it has worked well and their priority is keeping the residents safe. I think the food could be better, but my husband is a fussy eater.

My dad entered Big Springs during the COVID-19 pandemic, so things have not been ideal for us--those on the outside. But we've been reassured by staff members and care team members at all levels and at each step of the way. Communication has been excellent, and my dad seems content. We are very pleased with our decision to choose Big Springs Place.

The community is kept clean and haven't seen anything dirty. The staff is great. It seems that my mother-in-law is getting good care, although it is a little expensive. We think its a good value especially given all the care that is needed. When my mother-in-law moved in, they were having a lot of staff turnover, however new staff has stayed and they have been excellent. Every time we go there, they always have some activities going on for the residents. When she first moved in, they had a Thanksgiving dinner, and they had the forks upwards, which I thought was unsanitary. The food, however, was very good.

This was a very nice facility with the remodel still in its latest phase. Everyone we met was really nice and informative. [Name removed] was very nice and answered all questions and really knew her business. We also knew one of the residents there and got only positive comments and a great rating from her. I saw nothing I didn’t like about this facility!

Avery Place and their staff are absolutely outstanding! The facility is very clean and the residents really enjoy living there. I have came into Avery to do activities with their residents and you can tell that the facility is filled with so much love. I would highly recommend Avery Place to anyone looking for placement!

They were under renovation and I didn't get to visit them. However they have been in touch and sent pictures. They are a sister community to Seven Hills Place in Rome; however, unlike Seven Hills, they also accommodate Assisted Living clients. It's small which I consider a plus.

Unfortunately my mom passed away after her stay at Kennesaw Place only one week. She was having fun and enjoying it. I only have good things to say about the facility and wonderful staff.

I had a great tour. I could feel how much love the memory care director has for her residents. I really like the facility. She was very helpful and friendly. I got to meet some very sweet ladies who live there. I am definitely considering moving my mom here. The only hold back is trying to decide if the only spot available will be a good fit til she can change rooms.

My loved one lived here. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were very well cared for.

I am a physical therapist employed by a home health company. I work as a PT in several different ALFs in the area. I feel I know them all quite well and felt like if any of my family members ever needed to move into an ALF - any of them would be fine. BUT, when my father needed to move into an ALF- I chose Avery Place.

Avery Place's staff is always so welcoming & caring and their facility stands out beyond any that I have seen!
