I have no complaints about the tour my loved one and I had received from this community. The staff where all very friendly and made sure to be on time to our appointment. They have a nice open floor plan with a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my mother.

We only had a brief experience with Alternative Senior Care. My dad was only there for 3 days until he started going down hill. They made him comfortable and at home from the beginning. It was a good experience for the short time he was there.

The thing that really stood out about Alternative Senior Care was the caring of the caregivers. They are right there available for my dad and do an excellent job caring for him in the best way possible. It shows that they really do genuinely care. The only area for improvement I can think of is that the facility is getting a little old and run down and could use some updates and renovations. Other than that it's a great place and has been a great experience!

My loved one's residency was in the middle of the COVID lockdown so the experience was not that good, but not through JC's responsibility. I think they did the best they could under the conditions, but I think mom suffered under the access, visitation and activity restrictions.

I visited Alternative Senior Care on Shasta Lane HB. Place was clean and a good location. Residents seemed quite declined. It was not a bad place just not exactly what I am looking for. This lady has a total of 10 RCF in HB Anaheim and maybe Fullerton. Son has a few. Daughter has a few. Activities seemed limited. Staffed with 2 people for 4 days so staff sleeps at night. Thinking I want a place with active staff day and night.
