The staff at JC Cottages really cares for your loved one. My mom was bathed every day - always clean and put together. The house is clean and tidy. They actually loved on my mom, even on her difficult days. I highly recommend JC Cottages.

Very impressed with the owner and staff. Home is very clean and homey and friendly feeling. Will be speaking to the owner about making arrangements for my family member in the future.

We chose JC Cottages because she came to my house and assessed my father in law. She said we could come anytime for a tour and we did not need to make an appointment, so I really liked that. I was also impressed with my conversation with the staff members. We were nervous but we were very happy with the care our loved one received here. The staff are very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive they were to all the residents. I would definitely recommend them.

My spouse's first couple of weeks were rough. The director, [name removed], spent extra time with him, his doctor adjusted his meds, and he has settled in. We both like the staff and the meals are good. His physical mental condition are quite improved. My husband's only complaint is that no other residents are conversational.

In times like these (early 2020), when there is so much uncertainty, I am comforted by the fact that my Mom is being well cared for and protected from the craziness that surrounds us all. Owners and staff in Fullerton are the finest example of care and empathy. I feel truly blessed to know my Mom is under their care.

24 hr awake staff, doctor on call, outdoor and indoor common area, cozy look. Quiet neighborhood. 4000 semi, 5000 private Near mall and closer to Tricia and Seal Beach. Laundry. Full at this time.

This home care was where my mom stayed while on hospice. It was clean. It was safe. The caregivers were warm and kind. During the hardest weeks for my mom and I, the staff held our hands and helped us through our ending time with my mom. My mom probably wouldn't have live as long as she did if it weren't for Best Care Home's great care. I highly recommend this home.

My grandmother was a resident at this care home for 6 months. The caregivers were so amazing! They took such great care of her until the day she passed. They cared for my grandmother like she was their own family, feeding her, giving her water, her medications, changing her. They even painted her nails! I couldn't have been more satisfied with the respect and dignity my grandmother had in her last months of life. Thank you so much Best Care Home.

The experience is well as it can be for my dad and everyone in my family is happy about the placement. Hopefully he can stay in this home. They are doing the best they can since my dad needs a lot of hands on help. They are a huge help to him and there is less stress on the family. My sister and I can visit more easily because they are close to our homes.

My mother's stay is going great! The staff is very attentive, and they take great care of her. My mom also gets plenty of chances to socialize with other residents in the common room, and she is definitely encouraged by the staff to do so. Overall, this is a great facility!

My grandmother is very comfortable in the Alternative Senior care. We have no complaints, the place is always nice and clean, and the caregivers are very nice. Everyone is very professional and the meals provided are great. We are very happy.

My father is receiving great care here at this home. They are doing a very good job caring for him and his needs. He is doing better each day. They do keep the home very clean and well maintained. There are activities offered for the residents. He is very pleased with the food. I know he is safe and in good hands. I have already recommended this home to my friends.

My mom was only there for 3 nights. She was under hospice and passed away. They charged her for a full month when she was only there for 3 days. They provided minimal care for my mom. I administered the meds to her. The place was very nice, to be fair should have been an adjustment to the fee. They did not have to feed her or do her laundry. My opinion everything else was excellent.

I do not have any complaints. Things are going great here. Everything is fine.

Going in to it I was unsure with what I wanted to do, but they kept reassuring me it was the right thing and after getting and having my loved one there, I realize it was the best thing I did. They were just helpful emotionally.

They took very good care of him, the whole staff was very warm and friendly. Anything that he needed they were there for him and we were very happy with the facility overall. Would highly recommend this facility.

My mom's primary caregiver is really sweet and caring at JC Home for Seniors. The staff are good about welcoming visitors. It is family run. There are not any group activities that I have seen, mainly watching TV. There are no residents for my mom to talk to, really. It feels safe.

The community takes good care of the residents. They make sure the residents are clean and getting everything they need. I'm not sure about all the activities they do with the residents. The community has meals for the residents. For example for lunch soup and salad has been served that was homemade.

Clean, no odors. Large single room with mirrored closet. Restroom across hallway, step in shower, shower chair, toilet chair added to toilet. PT and dog therapy comes to home. Common TV area with individual recliners. Laundry included $4,000. No space available [removed].

We are so blessed to have found this place. The care givers were amazing. [Removed] has since left and is greatly missed. The only reason it's not a five is because I never heard from the nurse on how dad was unless there was a problem. Regular check ins would have been good. The place is super clean. The owner was so nice and took into consideration our situation when assisting us with move in. I haven't heard from her since Dad passed which would have been nice, but doesn't change our feeling of how our experience was. I would recommend this home to others.
