The caregivers seem to really care about what they do, they are very friendly and they do what I request all the time. I am extremely satisfied with there services.

We chose Homewatch Caregivers because she was local and professional. We did not have any issues with them and the caregivers were always friendly. I would recommend them to other families who are looking.

Homewatch Caregivers of Mississauga, owned by [name removed], provided us with wonderful care and assistance for my sister both before and during her final illness. They took her to her doctors’ appointments and hospital visits when the family was not able to, and they were a bright spot in her day during a very difficult time. During the last days of her illness, they provided companionship and wonderful 24-hour nursing care at the hospital when we felt that she wasn’t getting the care that she needed from hospital staff. The women Homewatch Caregivers sent to help my sister were caring and compassionate and a tremendous help both to her and to our entire family. The company offers a variety of services, are very professional and reliable and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Our family had used this company to provide 24/7 care for my mother in law eight years ago when she was dying. We knew who to turn to when my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer.[name removed] and his team have provided reliable, excellent and compassionate care in our home 24/7 for the past six weeks. The PSWs take initiative and are responsive to every need. In my job as a RN I had recommended this company many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We are grateful that we can count on them and are able to keep our mother at home with their tender care and support.

We were assisted first by [name removed] who came to assess our current needs, and our loved ones mobility. After the initial consult we were assigned a lovely lady, [name removed], who came on the weekends to provide compassionate care and company to our mother. She was on time, kind, thorough, and an amazing conversationalist for our mother who was well traveled, well read and very intelligent. We used the services of Kokua Care at a time our family needed a break on the weekends to be away from the 24/7 demands of caring for an amazing woman who was in the last months of her life. Having [name removed], and the amazing staff at Kokua Care provided high-quality, care when our family needed it most. Having the help on the weekends helped all of us refresh for the week ahead, and enjoy the days left with greater energy, humor and love. We are truly, grateful for the entire staff of Kokua Care who helped when we needed it most.

We started with Homewatch several months ago, and are absolutely delighted! My husband, who is a very private person, was reluctant about having someone in our home, even though he knew he needed help. [Name removed], RN was the first person we spoke with, and immediately my husband felt at ease and ready to have someone come to our home to help. Now, several months later, he and I both absolutely adore his wonderful caregiver! She’s bright, cheerful, empathetic, and knows what my husband needs before he even asks! We HIGHLY recommend Homewatch Caregivers... They’re true lifesavers!

I wanted to go with home care for my husband and looked through a lot of options before finding Homewatch and I found that those other options were more expensive. Homewatch provides the same level of care for a cheaper price and that was important to me. I wanted the most services provided at the most reasonable cost and I found it. My husband is absolutely getting the care he needs with them. The caregiver they send us is the same one each time so there’s good follow through and she knows what his needs are. She’ll clean the house if I ask her to, she watches TV with my husband and will go on walks with him. She’s always on time, very reliable, and very helpful. I’ve been working with them since August and I definitely recommend them.

So far we have had the initial interview on home site. We were very impressed with the professionalism, ease, thoroughness, attention to detail and respect given to my dad, while discussing details for my mom's discharge from rehab. I recommend exploring this choice for your own needs. Only time will reveal if my mom can accept this new change in her life, but that is true for any type of care being considering.

We have been very happy with this service. They have been able to get someone to come to our home and help with some responsibilities for mom. We like the care taker that arrives on time. We have been able to have some one who will take care of her medications and some personal care. We would recommend this service to other families for the good reliable care that they will receive.

Though my loved one is taking a bit longer to adjust to the home care service, the service is great! They show up on time and they give my loved one the care that she needs. This has definitely taken the load off of the family, and we are all very satisfied!

I really the care that is given in home. We like the staff that has been very helpful in getting us someone to come and helps with the needs of in home care. We like the friendliness of the care taker. They are always very helpful in the responsiblilies required. We would recommend this service and the care that we are receiving.

My brother is very pleased with the service this agency provides. The caregiver is on time and helps with light housekeeping, taking him to appointments and the grocery store. They also help with carrying his oxygen tank and help keep him moving. The owner came out to the house, explained everything up front and helped to make sure the caregiver was the right one to fit his needs.

I was a little leary at first using a company to take care of my parents, but as it turned out, I had nothing to worry about, Home watch sent the perfect care giver for my mom and dad, [removed]. She is sweet, caring, reliable, and treats my parents like she would treat her own. The whole family absolutely ADORES her!

I have no complaints about this company and the care they have provided my mother. She is always telling me how happy she is with them and how sweet the caregivers are to her. The employees of Home Watch Care Givers and its owners, [Removed], have surpassed my sister’s and my expectations by providing the type of care my father has required as a resident of an assisted living community. [Removed] have responded efficiently and compassionately during critical or emergency situations. At no time were key decisions or actions overlooked with regard to our father’s medications, treatment concerns, or interactions with specialists to advocate for his comprehensive care. For example, [Removed] accompanied my father during a primary care visit to help manage medication scheduling and express opinions to optimize his long-term treatment and continuity of care. As an experienced Registered Nurse, [Removed] has been instrumental in recommending a clear course of action, and asking appropriate questions of specialists and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. Her medical knowledge and organizational skills exemplify excellence on many levels. We feel very fortunate to have met [Removed], and the staff of Home Watch Care Givers.

Everything has been great. My mother really liked the caregiver that goes to her home. The caregiver is always on time and friendly, we wouldn't trade them for anyone.

I am very happy with this service for care. The staff are very nice and helpful to our needs We were very please with the care taker that arrived on time and if they were going to be late they would inform us. The caretakers did a lot for us. My parents have been happy with her. We are glad that they are helpful and caring. we would recommend this service to other families for good care and a good value for loved ones.
