We've been using their services for a little while now, and everything is going great! We have had no issues with scheduling or communication at all! In fact, our caregiver writes me notes everyday that are very detailed and show a record of what happened throughout the day, such as what my loved one ate or what they did. She is conscientious and is asking me for more ideas of things to do with my loved one! I was hesitant at the beggining, but it's been a great experience so far!

We have had a good experience. The staff is very friendly. We requested to have the same caregiver, and not have different people coming through, and they have been able to provide some consistency there. I am very pleased with the service and have not had any problems with our caregiver not showing up or being late.

My Mom has Dementia and needed home care 24/7. We used Home Helpers for over 1 year and were very, very pleased with everyone who works for them. Liz is the owner and her and the people who work for her are"Angels from Heaven". They cared for my Mom as if she was their own Mother. I was able to go home and sleep peacefully at night knowing that they were caring for my Mom. If there were more than 5 stars to rate them, I would have given them more!

They were great. They were fantastic, with a very high quality helper for him. Bonnie, the manager, is very thorough. She came out to the house and went over everything with us. They were flexible in the way that we were able to pay with checks up front. We only used them for a few weeks though, and then my father wanted to go back home to WIlliamsburg.

We chose Home Helpers because they were located close to where we lived. They were also recommended by a friend that actually works for them. We only used them for a short period of time but they served their purpose. We were very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Home Helpers was referred to us by someone in a friend's networking group. I interviewed a bunch of different companies and really liked Ronnie when she came and interviewed. She did a great job.

Home Helpers will be providing home based care for Dad while his caretakers are on a 9 day vacation. I was very impressed with her information and willingness to work within our time needs and try to meet our budget. She is the person that found the stove on when she and the caretaker visited him.

So far so good. We have her from in 3 days a week, 5 hours each day. She is really nice, very helpful and Mom really likes her.

All is great - they picked the perfect person for my parents ! I haven't seen her since the initial interview - but my parents are happy - that's all that matters !

Home Helpers have been capable, helpful and provide great support for my loved one. They have been able to provide some transportation, light housekeeping, and companionship for my loved one. Home Helpers is willing to work with us if the caregiver isn't able to make it due to a prior engagement they must attend to.

Very happy and grateful to have found Home Helpers Home Care of North Broward to take care of our aunt when she fell earlier this year. Fortunately, we found the right home care agency to help us out. Their caretakers, especially [name removed]; and their executives, [names removed], went above and beyond the line of duty. And, the COVID 19 pandemic makes it all more complicated. We had already gone through two agencies. We wanted properly trained and certified personnel with a proven record of knowledge, responsibility, and punctuality. We also required gentle and kind care in two languages, English and Spanish. Our aunt became very fond of their caretakers. They provide a loving, joyful environment which as important as safety and care to maintain the best possible quality of life. Our aunt felt surrounded by well-trained people that treated her like family. I do want to provide acknowledgement and to thank them. More importantly, I want to help others out there that like us are nervously looking for the right home care. We all need reassurance in trusting that we are getting the best care for our loved ones, at a very difficult time. The level of commitment, humanity and professionalism of Home Helpers Home Care of North Broward is unparalleled and I whole heartily recommend them 100%.

My wife and I are new to home healthcare services and weren't sure we would like the intrusion into our quiet life. We were wrong! Our helper, [name removed], know how to fit in and lift household burdens off my wife's shoulders. She also enables us to get to doctor visits. The director of Home Helpers Pete does a great job. If there are any questions and concerns he is very quick about taking care of them. The caregivers do try their best to maintain everything clean. They also help preparing meals for my mother they do try and it's greatly appreciated. The meals could use a little improvement as well as the cleaning but overall everyone is wonderful the staff and the director are very attentive.

They have done a good job. It seems to have worked out well so far. I haven't had any issues with people not showing up or being late. They have been helpful and reliable.

I had help at home from Naaman [removed] and a capable woman he brought. Then my husband entered Jennings Terrace nursing home for memory care with skilled nursing . He was there just 13 days and died on June 9. Having Home Helpers taught me that I could not take care of my husband by myself and the nursing home gave him 24 hours a day of safe and excellent care. The gentleman who first contacted me gave me confidence that I had found trusted help. I am grateful. It made the transition much easier for me.T

We are grateful for the gentle and professional support that Home Helpers offered to my father and our family. Home Helpers, in cooperation with a local hospice, was able to give my father the care that he needed. As he came closer to the end of his life, his caregiver assisted us with changing, dressing and moving him. I do not know what we would have done without their assistance.
