The woman taking care of mom through Home helpers is a real sweet heart. She has been a saint with my mother. This woman is an absolute doll when it comes taking mom. There isn't anything I would change about the care that she receives. Mom is so infatuated with this care giver that I'm afraid I might be removed from her will. I am very pleased with this service.

Things look like they're going well. They have been reliable, and doing more than what's necessary. We are pretty happy with them so far.

The Home Helpers were awesome! They responded to our inquiry the same day we called them. We met with them on Friday and began on Monday. We would have continued to use them except our mother went into the hospital on Wednesday and then went in to rehab. I would recommend them to anyone!

HOME HELPERS IS VERY GOOD BUT THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE HOME HELPERS TO COVER THE SHIFTS AND THE HOURS TOO RIGHT NOW THEY VERY SHORT HANDED IN COVERING THE SHIFTS AND THE HOURS TOO THANK YOU THAT IS THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT HOME HELPERS HAS NOW NO COVERAGE FOR THE PERSONS THEY HAVE TO DO NOT OVER 40 HOURS AT ALL NO OVER TIME AT ALL THAT CAUSES PAIN TO THE HOME HELPERS PERSONS WHO HAS CARE WITH THE HOME HELPERS AIDS THEY CANNOT GET NO CARE AT ALL BECAUSE THE HOME HELPERS AIDS CANNOT GO OVER 40 HOURS A WEEK THAT HURTS THE PERSONS WHO NEED HOME HELPERS EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK IT IS SHAME THAT HOME HELPERS HAVE TO DO THAT TO THE PERSONS WHO HAS HOME HELPERS SPILT HOURS MORNING COVERAGE NO NIGHT TIME COVERAGE AT ALL THAT IS VERY BAD THAT HOME HELPERS WILL NOT HIRE MORE AIDS TO COVER THE EXTRA SHIFTS THAT THEY NEED TO DO FOR THE PERSONS WHO HAS HOME HELPERS AIDS THANK YOU FOR YOUR VERY QUITE UNDERSTANDING

My Mom was using Home Helpers for a brief time. Rachel, the caregiver was excellent. She was on time all the time even during bad weather. She was very persistent in taking care of Mom who can be difficult at times due to memory issues. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very good experience with this company. There was a problem with one of the people they sent but it only took one phone call and they sent someone else. Couldn't have asked for more caring caregivers they sent to help my parents.

I really can't think of anything they can do to improve! My husband as PST. They get him out of bed and help him shower four times a week. They help with breakfast, help with therapy, etc. Any time I need them they are right there.

Everything has worked out very well with Home Helpers so far! The administrative staff have been very easy to work with, and all of the aides they've sent have been friendly and professional. The office staff are good about staying in touch, and like to check in and make sure things are going well with the aides they've sent.

Moving into my mom's home when she was diagnosed with dementia was the most stressful time in my life. Her mental health was deteriorating week by week, but she wasn't ready to be put in a home yet. Home Helpers was the answer. I didn't need help full time, but definitely part time. They worked with me to work out a schedule and pick the right helpers that both my mom and I felt the most comfortable with. They saved both my physical health and my emotional/mental health. They were professional and extremely kind!

I am so satisfied with everything. The gal who comes over does a fantastic job. It really helps if you are the primary caregiver – it’s a really good idea to have a backup in place. They’ve never missed a day. They’re my first experience with any kind of service like this.

So far so good. The homecare process seems to be working well. They're taking care of all of my loved ones care needs, and my loved one gets along well with her caregiver.

They've really done a terrific job so far. They're very congenial with us and we've never had any problems come up with scheduling or with a caregiver not being on time. Just a pleasant experience all around.
