My Dad lives here currently. He’s in the memory care unit and it’s kind of small, so I feel like there’s somebody always there for him if he needs help. They’ve managed to get him out and socializing and they’re doing a good job with getting him involved in the community. They have a lot of different activities available. For the ladies, they do manicures every Monday. They also have chair bowling and music once a week from the 50s and 60s. The food is good; the chef does a good job of making sure there’s a good variety. The staff encourages Dad to eat a well-balanced meal but if he doesn’t feel like it that day then they don’t force him. The cleanliness of the facility is amazing; it’s fairly new and only a few years old. My Dad seems happy here so I would recommend them.

Villa is a wonderful place to live. The new management are so kind and caring. They are always helpful when I am there with my grandmother. Grandma will come out of her apartment now for activities.

The Villa has gone through WONDERFUL changes! First off, New director! A Great since of belonging. The staff works wonderful at listening to the needs of your loved one. Different activities all the time. The food has a very nice selection. The owners are really involved in making sure everything is running the way you want to see your loved ones treated.

Really love this place now! I just want to start off by saying that the owners of the Villa West assisted living facility LISTEN! A couple of months ago, after a meeting with several caretakers (children, husbands/wives of residents), concerns were expressed and immediate action was taken. The Villa west was a very different place the very next week. The previous Executive Director was removed and a new ED hired - she is kind, gentle, with a great personality and always a smile. She is very open to suggestions and conversation. The staff has a "spring in their step" because they are so happy doing their jobs since the previous ED was no longer in the building. The owners brought back several staff who had previously been fired - they were happy to be back and felt like it was a "family" again at The Villa West. The food is improving everyday (now have two choices with the promise of more fresh fruits and vegetables) and the individualized care is top notch. The CNAs and nursing staff are all knowledgeable and quite personable. The level of care that some residents receive at this AL facility is mind-boggling compared to the AL facility my mother was in prior to this one. I can't say enough about the group activities that are offered. They have wonderful craft projects, and great cooking adventures every week.[Removed] is wonderful with the residents. Bingo is a regular activity with great prizes. There are regular scheduled outings to Walmart, the grocery store and individual transports wherever a resident needs to go. The facility is stunningly beautiful from the bistro, the "yellow room" and the courtyards adorned with beautiful blooming flowers, shuffleboard and a putting green. I was coming down from Chicago for at least a couple of days a week just to keep an eye on things but now feel very comfortable knowing that my mom is in great hands when I leave to go home. I would highly recommend the Villa West! The old Executive director is gone - now let's move on and make this place the showcase it should be!

What great things have changed at Villa. The new director and staff are tremendous. We are so happy for the change and everyone is so much happier,livelier and enjoying life at Villa. I highly recommend this adult community, its beautiful!!

My loved one has been in several memory care facilities, but this is the best place that he's been! The staff are truly compassionate, not only to my loved one, but to me as well, which has really helped. I would be happy to give a glowing recommendation for this facility!

Evergreen is the best memory care facility I have found. My husband is diagnosed with FTD. Finding a suitable place has been difficult, but Evergreen rates A+. Other facilities say they have memory care, but when it's more complicated than Alzheimers they don't know how to meet his needs.

I have no complaints about my community that I have recently moved into. The staff have all been very friendly to me and welcomed me with open arms into my living environment. The food is fabulous and I have been participating in all of the activities they have had available throughout the week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a five star community.

The staff are great at this community. They are quick to respond anytime of the day. They answer our questions right away. Mom says the food is delicious. They offer daily activities and they encourage my parents to participate in them. This is a clean community and I would recommend it.

The staff at Evergreen Senior Living is friendly and cares deeply about the community they serve. The quality of the facility is second to none and is warm and inviting. The food is also excellent. Couldn't be happier with the care my loved one is receiving.

My parents moved in fairly early after the new facility opened. The environment itself is so pretty and friendly. The size is manageable to get around, but large enough to support some great activities and good food. We have used the 2 large rooms for family get togethers and it had the feel of home. We are very happy with it! One of the only areas that I could see to improve would be to have more transportation available for residents to go to things other than medical appointments. Keep up the good work!

This facility is very pretty and the girl who gave us the tour was fabulous. They had a lot of activities for my Mother to do but unfortunately, they were more expensive. However, everyone here was lovely, accommodating, and left a good first impression. Before my mom even got there, the woman asked us if she would need a wheelchair! This facility is actually great for residents who like to wander. The hallways are in circles or figure eights so they would never hit a wall. I would recommend this community to other families.

I am very happy with the care that my father is getting at this community. The variety of the meals are outstanding and my father seems pleased with all the meals. The community is very clean and we are happy knowing he is participating in the activies. We do recommend this community for outstanding care and value for a familiy member.

The staff are attentive to my dad. They do have some turnover but they also have a wonderful training program. The food is good. They offer daily activities and have numerous reminders for the residents about what is going on. This community kept clean and well taken care of.

I find the staff to be very responsive and helpful. They try to keep the Legacy residents active and engaged, but also respect if the resident just wants to nap in their apartment. I do think that sometimes the caregivers could take a little more time to make the bed neatly, maybe come in an engage my Mom in conversation instead of just asking if they are ok.

Overall it has been a pretty good experience. My loved one is still settling in, still. I'm relieved that my loved one is in a place that can care for them. It is nice knowing that my loved one is here. The staff have been really good to work with, and they have been able to answer my questions.

It's a wonderful place. The food is excellent. It seems like all we do is eat. The food is so good. They have good activities. I don't the timing of some of the activities, like exercising after meals.

Nice community, another community was a better fit.
