From the receptionist to the care staff I met on the elevator, everyone at Franklin Park Stone Oak was wonderful! The bus driver was actually performing a solo during our visit and encouraged us to sing along. The building was spotless and everyone seemed so lively. I was initially concerned about the 281 location, but I have been able to zip in and out of there within 5 minutes at any time of day.My aunt just moved in, but she is already enjoying herself. I highly recommend Franklin Park Stone Oak.

What our family likes the most about the Franklin Park TPC community are the staff members that work there as well as the meals that are prepared for the residents. Our loved one had a problem with large roaches. They are still seeing them. They haven't completely gone, so based on that we would maybe recommend the community to other families.

We toured Franklin Park TPC Parkway during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was a very nice place. [name removed] was wonderful. The cleanliness, atmosphere and friendliness all seemed very good during our tour.

Great leadership, great staff -all communities are hampered by all the red tape and government regulations. The coffee here is the worst. Bitter and cold.

It is a beautiful community, wonderful staff. They are struggling to find staff like a lot of companies and places are right now. They have failed to call the primary contact person for communication and they call another contact who is less helpful, even after repeated requests to call the primary contact listed on my loved one's record. The food is hit or miss. It would be helpful if they could make the food look less intuitional.

We had a really good tour experience with Franklin Park TPC Parkway. For us the location was too far, so we actually went with the other Franklin Park that is closer to us. But after touring this facility, I would definitely recommend them as well.

We chose Franklin Park Boerne because of the convenient location to us. The room sizes in memory care are pretty good and I would say adequate for the needs. It all boils down to the the staff members, everyone from the concierge at the front desk to the nursing staff and etc. They have all been excellent to work with. I would highly recommend the facility to other families looking.

They are great here. Franklin Park is in transition due to a staff turnover. They picked new staff members, and they will be great soon. Some of the activities available include billiards, prayer groups, beachball volleyball, bingo, movie nights, happy hours and more for the residents to choose from.

We chose Franklin Park because when you walk into memory care, it feels more like assisted living. It is high quality furnishings and does not feel institutional. They do not provide as many activities as we thought they would. My mom did end up in the hospital for some stomach problems that we warned the staff about. The food smells amazing, they cook it in assisted living and then deliver it over to memory care. The value for the money is great for us as well. I would tell others to make sure to get the med techs number that way you can call to check on them at anytime day or night. I would recommend to others looking.

This was a very nice facility. The residents seemed busy. And were out of their rooms watching a movie which was nice. It did seem a little confusing with the hallways but good spaces and lovely.

Very nice facilities and clean. Staff was friendly. Layout of facilities was good for mom to enjoy the patio area and dining area within a good range of the studio apartment that is available. They are offering a introductory price of $500 off the rent for a studio apartment available if you sign by the end of June. Will have to check for further clarification if that is just for the 1st month.
