We absolutely love them. The communication has been amazing, along with the director in the memory care area. There have been small issues and all have been handled promptly.

3525/4000 Beautiful - Dad fell in love with the place. Didn't even want to tour anywhere else.

Amazing caregivers and food is outstanding. Let me tell you the activities director I think his name is [name removed] really cares for his residents and does an outstanding job.

This is the best place for Seniors to live. Food is great they are active and staff caring.

I love Franklin Park! I live in a 2 bedroom villa and have been very happy and comfortable. Franklin Park Independent Living is such a great place to be - people are great. I feel very safe and that's so important to me.

I like living at Franklin Park; I have made new friends, the rent is reasonable and I cannot say enough "good" things about the staff. They are caring, friendly and make you feel that you are genuinely cared for. [Name removed], the manager has that rare ability to meet people on every level of society and make them feel welcome and most of all "special."

They have wonderful staff. There are a lot of activities if you want them. We moved there from another community and they were very accommodating . The care is very good. Considering that I can't visit there right now, the nurse does everything thing she can to communicate with me and encourage my mom to be active and involve. My mom does not complain about the food. She says it is fine. The staff are friendly , they are busy, but they an helpful and accommodating to whatever my asks or needs. It is an established community and family owned. The director sends out communications frequently with updates on COVID. We are very happy with this community and my mom is happy there as well.

This was a very elegant and beautiful community. It had nice surroundings throughout the building. The floor plans were very spacious. Dinning rooms were elegantly set up and its menus were great. Loved the idea of the residence wearing emergency pendants. Not much of outdoor grounds but the nice large covered patios made up for it. Its amenities were amazing. Close to freeway traffic and noise but the beauty of this community makes it all non-existing. Great staff through out the community.

There is so much good to say about Franklin Park that I hope this review explains my happiness with the facility. My dad is a resident at this place and I can’t believe how lucky we were to get him in. We looked at other healthcare locations. But, none were as pleasing as Franklin Park. When my dad arrived his weight was 115 lbs. Now, he weighs about 150 lbs. His blood pressure was everywhere and was a constant fall risk. Today at 92 he’s looking forward to everything. None of this would have been possible if he had stayed at home. The staff at Franklin Park at TPC has been excellent. The benefits are many for those considering a place for an aging parent. Please don’t let the construction on 281 stop you from making this place your number one choice. It really isn’t that bad and you will understand why I chose this place for my father.

Went over and loved the facility and like the option of sharing a room since my mother wants company. 2 year old facility so it is extremely nice.
