The facility was very clean and the staff was amazingly pleasant not to mention helpful and professional. Very wonderful place for a loved one needing some level of assistance. I would recommend to others.

Toured the community with regional director. The community is very clean, modern and filled with many lovely staff and residents. Felt very homey with a lot of positivity and joy. Appreciated the many activities and care the staff provide to residents

I would tell others looking that they actually take time to get to know your loved one, their needs and likes. They are respectful to them no matter how difficult they become. They seem slightly understaffed, but management said they are working on that.

Have lived at Franklin Park Sonterra for seven plus years. This is home! I'm here for the duration.

We picked this community, because it was close to my business and I like the area of town. Everyone knows everyone. The staff is very personable and extremely kind. They are relatively quick responding to questions and concerns. I would recommend FP for sure!

Like every new home, it took my wife a week or 2-3 to adjust to new surroundings and new staff. TPC handled it very well and helped her settle in. She was only there about six months before her sudden death, but I think she was really well cared for and treated extremely well. She could be very difficult, but they handled her well and were extremely good at communicating with me.

We have had several placements @ Franklin PARK TPC this year (2022). The community is beautiful, more importantly the care is outstanding. I would highly recommend Franklin Park TPC. [Name removed] and [name removed] (Director of Sales & Marketing) area truly amazing) -All Staff, from the Executive Director, Caregivers, Chef, Nurses, and Medtechs show genuine care and compassion to everyone. The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, we liked the looks, the grounds is nice, the location is good, and it's around a lot of stores. Overall, it's a good place. The residents are very happy.

What really sticks out about Franklin Park is their customer service - if there is any problem questions or concerns they are very responsive. My mother in law wanted to move to another unit because of her dog and they made it happen within a day, they are super accommodating. They have so many activates offered for the residents. You can do as much or as little as you want, it is like a cruise ship. I would absolutely recommend this facility, we cannot say enough good about them. If you want to know your loved one is cared for and valued, I would move them here!

I love Franklin Park - it's a great place, and they a good job. They are personable, and everyone there is friendly and watches out for one another. It's a good family atmosphere.

Overall we've had a great experience. Occasionally we've had some experiences with temporary employees that weren't so great. But it's a lovely place with lovely people.

I've lived here for 4yrs. after a big surgery and the good living here has helped me rise and heal and really have a great quality of Life! The food is outstanding with fresh vegetables and fruits!

It is such an inviting place & everyone is so friendly. I am a new widow and everyone here has been so kind & thoughtful. Look forward to participating in the many activities.

Excellent Senior Living Facility Their approach to independent living is outstanding.

To stay here is awesome. I love it and I don't know anyone here who doesn't love it. The workers are great & there's no controversy. Plus the food is awesome and healthy. There's no better place.

From the moment we walked into take a tour we have felt welcomed. Our father has been a residents since [date removed]. He is so happy. The staff is amazing! The facility is maintained and clean. Not one complaint!
