I like the care that my sister is receiving here. The staff is caring and friendly. This community has a nice environment. The menu of meals seems to be appealing for here. We like that they are helping her participate in the activities that are offered. We would recommend that families tour this community

The Reutlinger is an outstanding facility. High standards are the hall mark of success for this facility as they abound in all areas of operation.

Awesome place but too big for Mom

The Eskaton Village was a very lovely place! it was fancy and had all kinds of activities. The reason why we had to move my mother to another community was because of price, they were very expensive. Other than that, the place was very nice and so were all of the staff.

The community was clean and very positive. The staff were helpful and professional. I would recommend them to someone who needs the services. The tour went nice and it seemed to be professionally managed. I have no complaints when I toured.

My mom likes the community she is living at. She has no complaints. It is clean and well maintained. My mom enjoys her meals from what she tells me. There are plenty of activities and my mom enjoys it.

The staff are totally friendly, super helpful in every situation. When I've have long term care concerns, or there was a smell in my mother's room, all it takes it one comment about it and they jump on it. It's very clean. Each unit has their own activities director and lots of activities going on, and the residents are able to go to other units and participate in activities there as well. The food is good, but they do serve a lot of fish and my mom is not a fish eater. They have really good desserts.

Dad and his wife have been residents of Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay for eight years. The family has jokingly said the Eskaton is a cruise ship that never leaves port. All their needs have been met and exceeded. They were told from the start that they were to treat it like home. To them it has indeed been their home since day one. The staff has become like family. Their kindness and empathy made the transition from independent to assisted living easy for them. The availability of transportation made it possible for Dad to get where he wanted to go after he could no longer drive. Dad’s garden and birdfeeders were his pride and joy. They are right outside the dining room for all the residents to enjoy. Eskaton never said he could not have them but encouraged it instead. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff in all areas of the facility. They know each resident by their first name and are committed to making their time there a very nurturing one. They know exactly what they want for breakfast or if they drink decaf, how they want “their” bed made, and what their families are doing. The list of their kindnesses is limitless. They are truly angels. We have always felt very secure in knowing that Dad and Jean were in the caring arms of Kim Delgado and her remarkable staff.

Although I can not really rate Value and Care services overall I would say its nice. The people are friendly and I've met a lot of people there.

Beautiful facility with excellent staff and buildings. Extremely clean & everyone is very friendly. Just knowing that you can contact someone who has seen and talked to your family member recently gives tremendous peace of mind.

My mother in law has been a resident there in skilled nursing for almost a year now. We have been in the other local Rehab centers and they do not even come close to this facility. She is loved, well cared for, included in most of the activities that she can handle. They keep her well groomed and provide any type of service that you could think of. She is kept clean, fed good, cared for exceptionally and there is no other place that I would put a family member then here.

I like the way they have it set up. It just seemed that they have a bit more personnel, more people on hand watching everyone. My wife's father stayed there for several years before he passed away. He passed away a little over a year ago. When we would go visit, we would have dinner in dining room and the food was pretty good. One thing I really did like about it was, they served meals when you wanted to eat, not at a certain time. So if you wake up at 2 in the morning and you're hungry, they feed you.

My uncle lived at this community for many years and it was a perfect fit for him! They catered to his lifestyle and he was able to remain independent but we knew that there was someone he could call on 24-7. We would 100% recommend this community to anyone we knew looking for an active retirement community that was clean, safe and best of all, caring!

Without a doubt I give Eskaton Monroe Lodge a 10 across the board. The staff is amazing! They are very helpful and accommodating. They accommodated us by making us feel really comfortable putting my dad in their facility. They offer tons of activities, and the food is good. I just can't say enough good things about Eskaton Monroe Lodge.

Extremely clean & everyone is very friendly

My father-in-law lived at Eskaton Monroe Lodge for a little over a year. The staff there were amazing. They could not have been more helpful getting him moved in and moved out and on an everyday basis throughout the year. We had started his move during a health crisis and immediately realized that he’d need more services than were provided in an independent living facility. The staff helped us bring in additional care and helped us maintain it and keep tabs. During the year they put a huge amount of work into helping him meet the requirements of his long term care policy, minimize his cable bill and adjust to life without a car. They were always available to us by phone, email or to meet in person. The facility is very pleasant, clean and well-maintained – they always go all out decorating for holidays. My FIL had one meal a day included with his rent. He always chose dinner and when we would visit we were always happy with the food. Meals are served restaurant-style at tables of four. My FIL is pretty shy so it worked out well that the dining room staff regularly sat him with three super sweet women. When he wasn’t well enough to go downstairs he could have his meals brought to his apartment for a small fee. There is a wide variety of activities for residents to choose from on a daily basis (field trips, exercise class, “Koffee Klatch”, bingo, musical performances, etc.). There are also storage spaces, a driver available on certain days to run errands, very friendly front desk help and an onsite hair salon. I don’t know what we would have done last year without the support of the Eskaton Monroe Lodge staff.

This is a WONDERFUL place, for the money, it is FANTASTIC !! This is the one we hope to get into. The cheapest apartment was only 1950. and they offer more for that price than any body else. Scott is a doll, the staff was great, the residents were very happy too. Felt like home.

This place really impressed me during my tour, 5s across the board for everything I saw. At the time we were looking for options they had no availability, but it was definitely somewhere we were considering!

This is where my grandmother is now. We love it! It's a great facility, it's sparkling clean, and the staff is wonderful. The food is great and the activities are great, especially the exercise classes. It's just been really great for my grandmother. I give them thumbs up all the way around. There is really no down side. We actually think it's significantly better than we thought a facility like this would be. So we're all thumbs up! We love it!

I like all the things above. It's clean, it's bright and happy, it has got great food, it has got great service. The apartments are nice and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful as far as the move in and everything. It's been a really positive experience all the way around.
