The therapists are really good. The staff is courteous. Some of the nurses are alright but some that need more teaching. They run out of coffee. They have areas need to fix. My father's bed had a hole in it and had to raise heck to get another mattress. They had to fix the breaks on the wheelchair because they stood him up and it went out from under him. Understaffed. Only 1 nurse per wing and they need at least 2 per wing. He has accidents and it takes too long to get to him and has to lay in it. Needs a snack before appointments and does not get it. We are not getting all of the laundry back.

My mother is a little stronger than when she arrived. The nurses seem sweet. All those I have dealt with have been very nice, especially the administration. It looks pretty clean. Small portions of food and the same vegetables every day. Only had one meeting and that is the only time any communications with them and we are out there every day and they have never stopped me to talk to me. We have been told some things that have not happened. It's okay but the food is horrible.

Overall, it has gone smoothly. The communication has gone well. But, I was not impressed with the staffs' responsiveness. My loved one struggled to get help with this situation from the nursing staff. I had to up to the facility myself and urge them to handle the situation. Even after this, I felt an overall sluggish response from the staff. It seems as though they are understaffed.

The people treat her well here. The aides are very patient with her. I think communication is really good and the social worker does especially well to communicate. The facility needs to be updated including the dining room.

It's very clean. They did not they did not have a bed with rails.

Doesn’t accept pets

The personnel is great here! My mother has a difficult time sleeping at night because of the noise levels. The nurses are very good but it can be difficult when they are understaffed. It is understaffed in other areas as well. It is an older facility. The bathrooms could use more attention. The coffee service vessels are not always the cleanest. The bedding is slightly tattered and there are some holes in the sheets. Overall the quality of the food is not great at all. When something is supposed to arrive hot it is sometimes ice cold. She had received a piece of meat that even I could not cut through because it was like leather. The nurses have too many patients per nurse.

My loved one is coming along with the therapy and is pleased with it. The staff is pleasant enough and try to be helpful. The cleanliness is up to date, the floor is very clean, they do a good job with that. My loved one seems to be left in the chair a lot with no food brought. My loved one called the caregiver in tears and it's becoming very unacceptable. It's a long time for issues to be resolved. The rooms are extremely small.

The facility is nice. The therapy staff have been dynamite. The nursing is excellent. The staff care is great. Everyone is really friendly and upbeat. Excellent. The portions are abysmal and skimpy. Communication has been terrible and I have not had the right forms in time.

It is immaculate and they mop and sweep two or three times a day. There is a long wait for the meals and it is no one's fault. They are understaffed.

The rehab therapy it is voted number one in our county. There is a special food program where they can choose and that my loved one enjoys. It took a while to get help at times. They need to spend more time cleaning.

I am noticing a difference in terms of the patient to staff ratio. At this facility, there are not as many CNAs for patients. Because of this wait time to receive help has been longer as well as not being able to accommodate our requests in general. The program does not necessarily have a great selection or provide as much as it should. I feel as though they lack equipment. Today when I visited, my loved one was lying in bed and the bedding had not been changed after a particular incident.

They were taking care of what needed to be done. They were friendly. Everything looked fine. They seemed nice when I was there.

Small facility. Two hour checks on residents. Snacks provided. Multi stage facility. Only one meal choice. Very small rooms.

Overall, it is pretty good. The rehab therapy is very good. My loved one loves it. The staff are really good for him. There are smells around, but it is clean. He does not like the food at all. They did call and are good at communication. The only problem is paying for transportation every time he has to go somewhere.

The call button doesn't work really. My loved one is doing everything on her own. They told her others need more help. She is doing good but if she was at a place where she needed more help, I would not recommend this place. She can do things for herself, so that's good because at first she couldn't really, so not responding to the call button when she needed help was not good. She liked the rehab therapy. They told her they were going to release her but didn't say when or what day, so communication is not great. I'm assuming they talk to her since they haven't called me once.

The food is horrible. My loved one called for a nurse and took a long time to answer the call button. He just needed someone to help to go to the bathroom. I've never see anyone come by and check on him. The aides have been the most helpful. When dinner is brought to him, the lunch tray is still there. They only call for weekly meetings, and I expect more contact.

My main concerns pertain to the call light and the communication. It seems as though when my father presses the call light for help it takes a great deal of time for the staff to get to him, which leaves me worried. The bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. Also, the communication could improve. For example, last week my father had an incident and had to go to the ER. When I was sitting with my father at the ER someone from the facility reached out to me about my father missing an appointment. I had to inform the staff member that he was not at the facility.

There are lots of people talking but things are not happening. Many times the nurses have made mistakes on my loved one's medication and she has had to keep track of it herself. The aides are very caring. The staff is definitely friendly. The quarantine room door is left open all the time. We've had problems with the meals. They are not giving my loved one what she's ordered. I wrote notes and talked to the dietitians and none of it worked. So she's not eating.

My loved one is very tall and needs a different bed. We've been waiting several days for that to be worked out.
