I loved Legends of Columbia Heights. Especially the management. I would highly recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to call home! This place was wonderful!

There is no assistance at The Legends of Apple Valley - the office & maintenance staff are awesome! And the facility is beautiful!! My parents LOVE it there!! Their apartment they got is very spacious!

In order to get here, you should take Shady Oak Road off of 62. The staff, residents, and community are all pretty good. We've had a couple of small issues, but they jumped on it right away and it was resolved immediately. I would recommend Bren Road Station to others.

This is a wonderful place to live. Everything is very peaceful with no stress. I would recommend this community to others. The apartment is great and it has a spacious and full kitchen. The staff is always willing to listen if there are any questions. Everything is wonderful and I've not had any issues since moving in. The community doesn't have a swimming pool; however, there is a club house you can rent out for parties. There is an age restriction of 55+.

I love it here but it was a lot with all of the paperwork getting into the community. It is very clean and they keep it up nicely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an elevator out for a few days and I felt like it should have been fixed faster but other than this everything is fine. My room is really big and that was one of the main things I liked about this community. We have a knitting group, crotchet and a game room where people get together. In comparison to some of the other places that I looked at this had a better value and was in a good location.

Eager to help tenants in any way that he can, always provides customer service with a smile. He is the best professional maintenance man my wife and I know and is a credit to his trade. [name removed] is an asset to the Park Manor Apartment and the Senior Independent Living Community.

This is a wonderful property. I love the atmosphere and culture here. The staff is helpful and care for the residents. I would recommend this property to anyone!!!

Beautiful building with modern amenity spaces, large great room, great fitness center, easily accessible, underground parking. The staff is wonderful and they take great care of the people here.

It is a good facility, and I would recommend this community to others. The rooms are very nice, and I have a 2 bedroom apt. The grounds are great and clean and we have an area outside to enjoy.

The community is very clean, every time I visit, everything looks clean. Staff is very friendly. It's definitely a good value for the price.

The Legends of Apple Valley is exactly what I was looking for in a Senior complex. My apartment has everything I need. The amenities are wonderful! There are so many activities to chose from. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They care about the residents and try to help in every way. Management has brought in several agencies from the area to update us on programs available to seniors that most of us did not know existed. It is always informative and educational. We also have fun!

I am writting a quick review of The Legends because I just moved here recently. This place is beautiful and spacious as well. I am close to many places to shop and dine. I feel lucky and blessed to be here now. Hope this will entice someone to come her to live. This place is for active seniors!

The one-bedroom [name removed] showed me has a very nice layout: I like the deck and the bedroom a lot. I plan on seeing her again very early next week to start all the info you need for Section 42. [name removed]

I am so happy at The Grainwood. On the outside, the community is very pretty to look at. It blends well with the surroundings outside. On the inside, it's like a lodge; rustic, bright, and very pretty. The rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms here are huge. They're very pretty with marble counters, a porch, and lots of cabinetry. I love that they have underground parking as well, That is ideal for our Minnesota weather. I would definitely recommend The Grainwood to others.

This community is nice they have really big rooms, It is subsidized living that is very spacious. They have marble countertops. It is very independant living here. They have food places close or he will just eat in his apartment. The staff is nice they are cleaning every time I see them and there are no smells. The atmosphere is wonderful. They have wide hallways with railings. They have elevators at the end of the halls we are very impressed. I would recommend this community.

My spouse and I live here. Generally it’s a nice place and the management is fine. It’s a good building and it seems to be well maintained. So far from our experience everything has been good. The only activities that they have I think are organized by the other residents.

The Grainwood was a blessing in disguise when I needed a home for my mom immediately. The process of getting her qualified to move in was the only thing I felt took a bit too long, but that’s the only negative I could say. The community doesn’t have a meal plan but my mom is able to buy her own groceries and stay independent. The facility is all brand new and just beautiful. It’s spotless, it’s just the right environment, the price is amazing, it’s really close to my own home, and it’s located in a great place near different stores – what more could you ask for? Every Monday the staff will take the residents to different places like the zoo and restaurants, whatever they decide on as a group, and my mom is taking so well to the welcome environment that she’s really having an easy time finding people with shared interests. This is her first senior living experience – that can be scary. But to be moving into a brand new place that’s centrally located, she’s really enjoying it and I’m thankful for that.
