Nice but had bad odors and didn't appear to be well-staff, staff was doing multiple functions.

We came for dinner Christmas Day. That meal cost 3 times more than a visiting meal on a normal day. The entree was something they don't normally serve and tasted good but the sides were nothing to write home about. For the price I expected more than mixed vegetables. Then, to add to the insult, the meal was served late. The first plates hit the tables 25 minutes beyond normal serving time.

Our father has been living here for almost 2 years now. [removed] The facility kept ordering medication she no longer needed or used. They haven't followed through on dispensing her meds as instructed. They don't have a clue what a diabetics blood sugar level should be. We've had to go to the desk for toilet paper because their room had none. This one takes the cake, they've cancelled Dr's appts and rescheduled them for a different date time without authorization from us, the ones that make and take him to his appts. So we are starting the process of looking for a new place for Dad to live in as for supposedly assisted living means just providing the room

This place was a disappointment, first because our guide was not there, the receptionist had to show us around instead and second, the building layout was awkward. Heavy rain downpour showed us their entrance is in the wrong place to the parking area. Mom would not be happy here.

During a visit this weekend the entire building reeked of raw sewage. In addition to this, the floor in the dining room was dingy. It appears that the floor had not been washed properly in weeks. This is a shame as it detracts from the friendly service from the med room staff
