We try to visit every weekend. We have noticed the cleanliness over the past 4 or 5 weeks has really picked up. Whatever changes you've made, keep up the great work!!!

Woodcrest is extremely considerate of the residents. They keep me informed of my mom's doctor appointments and her daily routine. She likes it there. She has a new roommate. It is extremely clean. There are a lot of activities and twice a month outside activities. Bingo, workout class, movies, puzzles, they do activities based around the holidays. She likes the majority of the food, and they are accommodating and will make a grilled cheese if she doesn't like the menu options. Woodcrest is a very nice place for someone who needs a little bit of help.

This is our first experience with a senior community, but so far we are very impressed by Westwood Commons! Mom has settled in very well, and really seems to be enjoying herself. She enjoys the food, the activity schedule, and has already met a few friends. The staff is friendly and reliable, and they've been very consistent in terms of things like checking on her regularly, getting her her mediciation, and bathing and cleaning. It was also no trouble at all getting her medications switched over to their pharmacy service. All in all we're very pleased, and would recommend it highly!

Hi, My mother has been a whole new person since moving into Westwood Commons. She really loves the social atmosphere and they really encourage her to do new things! She has been on the shuttle to get ice cream, played cards, and even Wii Bowling! This something I thought I would never see her do. All the employees, management and all the residents have a wonder positive attitude and are always willing to help with a smile. I really love this place and would not mind living there myself. Did I mention that it is spotlessly clean everywhere?

Mom has been there only a short time but the staff has been really helpful with helping mom get adjusted. I know this has been tough for mom with such a big change but we know that she will be taken care of.

Was expectibg one of the lower tier homes for the price but it’s very nice there!

My mother moved into Woodcrest one month ago and she is really enjoying all the activities and the ability to be able to talk to other people. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. She loves going to the dining room for meals and always enjoys the food and conversation with the other residents.

Mom moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far so good. She likes the place, it is clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. She likes the meals, housekeeping is great, laundry is none nicely for her. Her medications are taken care of by staff. She is very happy to be free of the responsibility of keeping a home and being alone. Everyone I have had any interaction with has been friendly, professional and caring.

My Mom has been at Woodcrest for about 5 years. We worked through some kinks with meds, hearing aid service, roommates, and difficult residents, but overall I am very happy with Woodcrest. They have addressed every issue with care and worked through resolution. Mom is very happy there and has made friends. They are also affordable, as far as assisted living goes. Mom has been in two previous facilities, which were a bad experience.

They've been very, very good. My only suggestion is that they don't have a nurse on duty. It would be nice if they had a nurse on duty at least for the day hours. They have aides all over the place so they are very, very attentive. She says the food is great!

Experience not reciprocal. Overall positive reciprocal except for the handling of medical issues. We found out upon check in that the visiting doctor would not take on a respite patient so when my parent contacted covid, there was no one to treat her. I also was not pleased with how they handled covid, returning residents to common areas without negative testing. It's no wonder my mom contracted covid there.

From the director right on down the line there has been a large turnover rate. The activities director had been there for 26 years and even decided to leave. The food is now having to be delivered to their rooms due to covid, and has far as taste our loved one is not pleased. They are also not happy because by the time the food is delivered to them it is cold.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one at this community. The staff have all been very helpful and attentive to my loved ones needs. I am comfortable with the quality of care that he is receiving and would recommend it to anyone. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in activities from time to time.

This is a nice community. The staff is excellent and very caring for the needs that need to be taken care of . The food appears to be good. We are happy that they do have activities for others who want to join in and stay active. I would recommend this community for good care for others.

Woodcrest Commons is going well. I and my other siblings absolutely love what they are doing for my mother. She is getting settled in and getting good care there. I am very pleased with this facility so far.

The communication is great with our family about our loved one. This community keeps an eye on all their patients, as it is small enough to care for the residents. I would recommend this community to friends in this area.

When we arrived at our scheduled time, no one was aware of us coming. The directors assistant was actually the person that walked us through the facility. She was very apologetic and friendly but shared that she was very new to the facility and was still learning where things were located. We did ask a few questions that she tried her best to answer. The facility was very nice and there were many residents out and about and were very social with us.

The woman managing the front desk was not aware of our coming and had no information left for her that there was a need for a tour. Because of that, she was not able to answer all of our questions although she was very attentive and tried her best. The facility is very nice, a bit overwhelming we thought and the layout is such that an individual could become confused. We witnessed some activities, including the medication distribution, but most tenants appeared to be in their rooms most likely because of the time of day we toured.
