The Facility is nice and well put together..[name removed] is an excellent General Manager and cares about the patrons at Spring House at Louisville..The care is excellent and is highly recommend for anyone that wants to move into their facility..

The Spring House facility has been a wonderful choice for me to make for my husband. The staff from [name removed] who is the director, [name removed] the receptionist and all the aides and nurses are the best. They all really care for my husband and all residents. Their patience with all the residence is wonderful and it’s not an easy job. They know how best to navigate each person needs.

Spring House of Louisville is the most wonderful place ever to put your love one the coordinator all of the staff are the greatest and so pleasant and understanding. The employees all of them are the greatest ever. I love each and every one of them. I am so grateful to each and every one of them. I would recommend them to anyone to put your loved one in this home.

My mother is in the Memory Care facility and she receives excellent care. The meals are good quality. The staff are very caring and friendly. My mother has adjusted well and thrived in this community setting.

The Memory Care staff at Aspen Village have provided me with a peace of mind, which is priceless.

I think they have nice management good staff and the people make good friendships. Activity directors seems to come and go but other than that our Dad is happy.

The care from the employees to the residents is great. To see the love they have for them. My husband and I donated flowers, and the manager invited us to stay for the celebration.

My mother in law has been at Mountain Side for a little over a year. She receives courteous and wonderful care from the staff. The Staff cares about the residents. We are very pleased and comfortable with her care.

Mountainside has caregivers that are truly engaged in patients and their care and lifestyle. The place is clean smells nice and patients are well kept and as active as they can be. I appreciate their efforts to give my father the last couple years of his the best it could be given his circumstances. Mountainside cares about its people!

mom has been here about 6 months. The facility is kept clean, she is being fed good meals and she loves being there. They take good care of her. If there is a problem, they try to get it taken care of

I am starting to look again. The management are incredible pretenders. Everything is "Later" from them! There are plenty of room for improvements at Spring House Lithia Springs.
