We have had nothing but "professional" and "family oriented" discussions about the "soon to be open" Madison Crossings. We are all so excited about our 90 yr old parents to move there. We feel that it is going to be safe, create new friendships that they desire and develop a community environment that they have also been missing where they currently live. I love the fact that it is all in one place, i.e. restaurant, bistro, pub, movie theater, hair salon, etc. The interior design of the apartments are just lovely and current. We would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place for your parents or yourself to please call them and go visit.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible. The Madison Crossing management have gone above and beyond to ensure my father was going into the right place, at the right cost, with my peace of mind. The area is beautiful and the accommodations are first class. I was skeptical at first whether I was making a good decision, the right decision, their communication and care have put my questions to rest.

They have a lot of activities, I do not participate in all of them but they have plenty of things to do if you want to join in. I would say to go for this community and check it out. They also have staff that if you need help you can have a staff come and help you.

My sister absolutely loves living at Parkside of Livonia. All of the staff members and residents here are wonderful. The maintenance staff is great and if you have an issue they are very fast to respond and fix it. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for independent living.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family. I would recommend touring this community

I was very pleased with my tour with [name removed] today, the staff all seemed very friendly. When we ran into a few of the residence, they seemed very warm, friendly and very happy to be there. I thought that the 2 units we visited were very nice and roomy.

It is worth looking into. It is a beautiful community and is updated. You don't feel old, it is a youthful environment. The apartments are very nice and they have 2 bedrooms available. I would recommend the community to others.

This community is very nice, absolutely buetiful. This would be the perfect place for an independent senior that will participate in all the activities avalible. I would recommend this community to independent seniors.

I am very happy where I am. I would definitely recommend this community for independent living. The staff is amazing and if there are any issues they resolve it immediately. The food is excellent and even during the pandemic, there were lots of options.

Just moved my 95 y.o.dad from another local senior establishment. The difference is night and day. Friendly and responsive staff especially [names removed] ( with whom I have dealt with the most), not short staffed. A wonderful menu with sufficient portions, not cold or looking like "what is this ?". Most importantly, they follow through on their promises and do not blow smoke up your you know where. Had a great experience with [name removed]. She is caring and professional and has a “let’s see how we can make that happen” attitude! We needed to make a few changes to the unit prior to move in; [name removed] wrote notes and followed up on everything. She really made the move much easier for me and less stressful for my mom. It was recently bought by new management. I would like it to be more clean. Others would enjoy the community and it is peaceful. There are trips available for residents. They have a game room, and bingo room. The community is limiting the bingo room to 6 residents at a time.

It was a very nice place, and the amenities were fine. The staff members were great especially in the dining room. There was a gal who worked in the dining room that was just the absolute sweetest. The activities I did participate in i thought were just fine, and i did not have a problem with the value.

I am super happy here at Casa Del Rio. This is a wonderful place to live. The community is extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities include a hair salon and more. They have activities for everyone, they take our suggestions and then follow up with us. I really enjoy the crafts they have as an activity. The residents seem to be cheerful and happy. I love it here!

We went with All seasons because my mom liked the friendliness of the staff members as well as the food. She said it felt more like home than some of the newer more modern places. She also said it was very clean. The apartment sizes are great, plenty of room for her. The meals are all fresh and chef prepared. Pre-pandemic, we went here for Christmas dinner because it was just that good. The staff here have been superb both pre and during covid. They have been fabulous with communication. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt like she was safe there. Anytime she needed anything she could stick her head out the door and they would be right there. They have an emergency cord to pull if there is an emergency. I would recommend this community

The community has been on lock down since March. Other than this, they are a very active community. Casa Del Rio is very organized. During the lock down, the community has called to check on my loved one on several times a week. If she needs groceries the community has willing to go get them and bring them back to her. The community is beautiful. They are friendly and care very much about the residents.

I have to give a shout out to the wait staff who kept [name removed] party going so smoothly, friendly, and clean. Food was being passed constantly, and never was a used plate or cutlery left in sight or looking messy. Kudos to [names removed]. Chef [name removed] and Chef [name removed] made excellent food. Such a great party.

This is the best place to live!!!!!! Our generous and lovely [name removed] treated us to the best birthday party ever. [Name removed] outdid even herself with the beautiful setting that accommodated huge crowd so comfortably and hospitably. Chef [name removed] made delicious and Plenty of good food, [names removed] ,ALL the staff were soooo helpful- not only serving but cleaning up so there were NEVER used plates or cups around. Music,dancing, cheer, happiness-just perfect. Thank you all
