best facility we have seen. very upscale.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I think it is awful how when you go to all seasons \testimonials\" page they never tell you the bad stuff -- like the food is bad or that the staff acts like they are doing us a favor when we pay good money to be here -- I am so depressed in the past year in a half that we have different people running this place then we did when I first moved in. [removed] was awesome in the dining room now we have [removed] that thinks she is a drill sergeant --she is just obnoxious. The old director was good too now with [removed] everything is cheapened and the staff follows how the boss is and that boss just doesn't care about us. I want to see these sites will actually post a negative reviewReviewed on A Place For Mom
Pea brain staff that could care less about the residents. [name removed] is the worst she almost mocks us. From the front office of the least caring (the big boss) to the dining room manager that refuses to open a can of veggies for our salads for over 3K a month, open a 50 cent can of veggies or let us have cheese on our salads. It stinks. No one cares here -- and it can all be summed up to the fact that the big boss does not care she just keeps raising rent and taking away privledges, snacks and what I call happy time. We need a class action suit for breach of contractReviewed on A Place For Mom
