Avamere

Our mom loves it here. The staff , friendships with other residents, activities, and location are all amazing. She has been here for numerous years and tells us every day how much she enjoys it. She loves the view of the golf course and its wildlife. Thinks [name removed] and [name removed] and staff are awesome, loves the museum visits, group outings to local restaurants, pub nights, yoga and coffee group. This is a great community and a second family to her. Thank you for giving her a safe and secure and happy place to spend her retirement years.

The guy that was helping me was extremely helpful. He was timely and flexible. He took our requirements seriously. The available apts were the right size. Activities offered are plenty

I moved in here with a preconceived set of ideas. I took early retirement from federal service so I am a bit younger than the average resident demographic. I anticipated a "what are you doing here??" kind of mindset. Instead everyone, both staff and residents, have been disarmingly kind and accepting.

The food is excellent. Free lunch BBQ"s on Friday's for family and friends. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facility feels like a home with lots of energy and entertainment. Visiting our loved one there is something we look forward to doing.

Facility is best we explored and staff is ready to help in any way you need. Apartments, especially two-bedrooms, are quite spacious.

It's beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Residents are smiling. There are alot of activities for my mom to participate in within memory care.

I found Avamere to be the absolute best place for a beloved family member! I have since recommended it to my son and daughter-in-law for a family member of my daughter-in-law. EVERYONE is so nice and helpful and they still remembered who I was even though my sister passed several months ago! I've used two other facilities for other family members, one in CA and one here in Las Vegas, that were WAY more expensive but could not even compete with Avamere in cleanliness and friendliness!

After having a fall and surgery, my daughters didn’t want me to live alone in a second floor apartment with stairs. They found me this place and I was amazed how beautiful it was. The price is all inclusive, Wfi, wonderful healthy meals, laundry room, elevators, weekly housecleaning and beautiful landscaped grounds. The best part is the wonderful people who work here. It’s like a big family. Everyone is kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and there are many things to do. We have movies, classes, and special events. The people who live here are friendly and become friends. I’m very happy to live here!!

My home now for over 3 years. Such great caring staff. Activities I enjoy and if I want to stay in my apt. that's okay, no pressure! I do not have to cook, that's the best part, and 3 meals aday included in our rent. A beautiful patio and a walking path around the building..usually a new bird chirping as your foot falls invade their space. Love the quiet nights..As you can tell I'm at home here with some new friends..

The main reason we chose this facility was due to the cleanliness. There were no misrepresentations.

The staff seems to go above and beyond to take care of the clients and the cost of a little more than what I thought it would be but it's still within reason and [name removed] is very happy there. Much happier you're there than he was at the other place, he was at.

What we like the most about Ovation Sienna Hills is that they make us feel welcome when we visit. They treat my father like family. He loves it there. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Meals/dining were better than expected. Great people work there and the food is good. Room sizes and activities are all good.

They have been living there since the first week of February and have already been on an excursion/field trip (Loved it) and are excited to go on more held weekly! They are definitely enjoying the meals and friendship/conversations with other residents. They have also checked out many of the activities and enjoying their view from their 3rd floor view! So glad we took this tour first, they made up their minds as soon as we walked out of the 2nd tour! Although it has been a whirlwind for all of us and heartbreaking at times, this has definitely been the best move for both of them. Thank you!! They are patient and kind with the residents. All of the vegetables are fresh! They have monthly meetings with the residents to determine additions to the menu. There is a bus that takes them on trips or to doctor appointments. They also have many daily activities. Apartments are larger than expected. They have kitchenettes, no stove, but microwave and fridge provided. Walk in closet, coat closet, and pantry closet.

We are very pleased with the care my husband's mother is receiving! She has been there a year. We recently placed her on Hospice Care and that has gone well. The staff is exceptional. Those in charge are available and friendly. They know your loved one! Care team, dining staff, cooks and maintenance staff are all very friendly and willing to assist when asked. We were impressed with the hospitality extended to residents and guests from day one and continue to be.

The facility tour and intake process was quick and informative. Outreach director [name removed] was fantastic. All staff are friendly and willing to help. I feel like my dad is in a safe place that’s almost like home.

I feel very confident with my mother being at Ovations. From our touring visit with [name removed] to the present time, I am happy with my mother being here! It is very clean and the environment created there is wholesome and friendly. My mother is happy and well taken care of by the staff . She has only been there going on 3 months and I'm trying to let everyone get on the same page as far as routine and daily activity. I believe they have her best interest at heart and will continue to provide the great care she needs and deserves! I say thank you to all in charge of her care and Happiest of holidays!

I love it here, [name removed] is very helpful to have in the apartment and the water is great. The staff is very friendly especially the drivers and I love them. I’ve met many nice people while living here. Im very happy here!
