Felt good when I entered for my tour. Residents sitting in the front room and happy sounds from another area. Residents were playing dominoes in one room and baking cupcakes in another. I saw residents everywhere which I think is how it should be. Gorgeous decor and beautiful outdoor setting. More importantly besides on-site and visiting healthcare providers, they even have silent in-room motion detectors that alert personnel for extra safety.

Excellent! All my questions were answered & lots of information provided. The tour was good & everything appeared to be clean! The staff was quite friendly! I love the idea of a solid rate that covers everything!

Everyone that I met was very nice, added more information. The facilities were clean and comfortable looking and they offered everything that my mother-in-law might need The one offer that puts this to the top....they have a suite for her to use for 30 day as soon as we arrive with her in Georgia.

This is a very small community and it is a memory care facility. I like how they keep me well informed of my friend’s health and I feel like they have her best interest in mind. For activities, they offer things like games, movies, and someone also reads the paper too them. The facility itself is very nice and clean. My friend’s room is also very spacious with her own closet. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My Mother-in-law lives here and, so far, it’s been great. The staff is made up of caregivers that are assigned to everyone (I think they have 1 caregiver for every 3 or 4 residents). They always seem to notice where she is and you can tell they pay attention. She seems to love the food and they always provide a great variety. She’s from Honduras and the very first day she was there they made fried plantains. It feels like they really try to cater to the residents a little more than a lot of other places. If the residents have certain likes or dislikes, they tend to go with that instead of just handing them a plate from a set menu. The facility is really clean and doesn’t smell like a nursing home at all. Housekeeping comes by the room to empty the trash every day and does the laundry 3 times a week. This place has been wonderful, I recommend them.

This community is strictly a memory care unit. It isn’t as nice as other places when it comes to amenities and it isn’t in the best part of town. However, we felt comfortable here. The price is better at this facility and the communication is great. If my Father-In-Law cannot get into another place, this is our runner-up. I would recommend other families to tour this facility.

I was extremely impressed with everything I saw, especially staff interactions with the residents. I feel very blessed to have found Autumn Leaves for my mother.

My wife entered Autumn Leaves on July 29. The staff’s enthusiasm and attention towards her has not changed since that day. Fantastic community!

This place is the best!! I checked all facilities in San Antonio and chose this one for my mom and stepdad! The staff is superb! The facility is clean and run very professional. My parents live there for 2 years and it felt like home to them and too me!!! Love the place and people!!

They have a true heart of the special needs required of Alzheimer's and dementia residents and take every step to provide them with a healthy active secure lifestyle. The residents seemed happy and comfortable with their living space. The staff fabulous with the residents. Loved the way all corridors lead to central areas. I also liked the single level living as opposed to multi level living

Very caring caregivers (a difficult job done with patience and pleasantly). Pleasant surroundings. Exceptionally nice food with [a] well-balanced diet and yummy mid-afternoon treats!

Very caring staff. My mom is well taken care of. They go above and beyond, even putting makeup and jewelry on her.

Autumn Leaves of Stone Oak is an excellent facility. It is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and treat all residents with dignity and respect. The staff go above and beyond to make Autumn Leaves fun and a place to call "home".

We are very pleased with the care our mother has always received with compassion and love. She says this is her home and that she is happy, and that brings us comfort.

From initial phone inquiry to tour then through moving my mother-in-law in, the staff performed flawlessly. After her first month she has improved beyond our wildest dreams. She smiles now and is happy. We could not have asked for a nicer facility. The staff is amazing and caters to her every need. We feel so blessed knowing she is so well looked after.

Autumn Leaves of Stone Oak has given my mother the personalized attention and care she needed with compassion and respect. Autumn Leaves of Memorial City is a lovely facility. They go out of their way to make our loved one feel a part of the group and community. The facilities are lovely. It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. It is very clean and it smells fresh and clean. They try to encourage all of the residents to participate. They have a lot of activities that are also therapeutic to fit the needs of the residents. They have numerous nicely landscaped secured courtyards where they have BBQ's and walking paths. They can walk out anytime and enjoy the fresh air. Their security is excellent. We don't worry about them wandering off. There are hotels nearby for the family members who come from out of town to visit within five minutes to Autumn Leaves. We can take him out to nearby parks and restaurants. He has a made a buddy and it's great to see him socialize. His mobility is better, he has lost weight and he looks better than he has in four years, and I think it is because he is getting proper care. It's located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I also have to say what a wonderful job A Place For Mom did in helping us find a place when no one else would. We were passed from social worker to social worker with no help at all. It was unbelievable all the support and guidance that A Place For Mom provided for us, Thank you!

This place is amazing. Everyone is so happy here. The staff and the clients have a great rapport and are always smiling. What time is lunch?
