Review ofMaplewood at Twinsburg

Our dad has been at 2 other facilities in the past 4 months. This one is the best by far even though the others were also highly rated. The facility is beautiful and clean and very well appointed. The food looks and tastes delicious and is presented beautifully. Most importantly the staff is very caring and attentive. All of our interaction w/ staff have been excellent, and Dad is finally getting the care we want for him!

Review ofMaplewood at Cuyahoga Falls

In November of 2021, I toured the community and was amazed with how welcomed the staff of Maplewood made me feel. I was greeted by caregivers, a housekeeper and a nurse as I was walking through the community. The community presented well, folks were engaged with one another, people looked nice and it didn't feel like a nursing home (looked more like a hotel). The atmosphere was very inviting, lots of windows and open spaces for conversations.

We chose BlueDot Cares because the gentleman I spoke to assured me he liked to match the caregiver with the personality of the patient. We had the same consistent caregiver which was nice and she was very good. I found her to be a very pleasant lady and my husband matched with her well. I would highly recommend them and already have multiple times.
