We have been using Comfort Keepers for over a year to help care for our 101 year old mother. We rely on them for a couple days each week of respite care for ourselves. And we also use them when we take vacations. The Director [name removed] is super efficient.

Where do I begin. I have been caring for my mom for three years fulltime and working fulltime and I was worn out. Called around no answers or replies but then I called Comfort Keepers! What a life saver they are. I was thrilled to hear their low prices and availabity to help me right away. The next day we had our free in home care consultation and started cares the following Monday. It was amazing, they are well known in the area and have been able to staff and thats more than I can say for all the other companies I had called and been turned away.

Caring Caregivers would always show up to help me and my husband. Always on time and would always call to keep us updated on staffing.

I selected Comfort Keepers over others because we were advised they were the best in the area. I think the caregivers are very sincere and dependable. They can make decisions and recommendations in a very reasonable way. We have appreciated their participation in our home life. They take responsibility. They are thoughtful and considerate about what they do. My wife needs bedside cares and they are excellent at it. They also do homemaking services/housework. They prepare meals which is very important. The service is indispensable. The company is mature in its judgments. I have enjoyed their communication and contact over the years. When they have to come over here to work through a problem, they seem to have a good sense of things. I think they have an intelligent insight into family problems and household issues.

We had a great experience with Comfort Keepers, our Comfort Keepers who came to my moms home were caring and helpful, and more importantly they made my mom happy. The office was always available when we needed them, even returning my calls after hours on weekends. I can't recommend them enough!

This agency reliably provided 24/7 services to my husband and I for 4 months. He was dying and I had two surgeries in that period. We found the staff to be prompt, compassionate and trained for most tasks. Supervision was excellent and needed adjustments were handled well and promptly. Should we need help in the future we would definitely contact them.

Comfort Keepers does a good job of matching the care giver with the patient. My mother is somewhat difficult and CC found her two ladies that she really likes.

They made a solid effort to find the right match for my dad, which was difficult. They hung in there and he now has an aide he loves!!

We had Comfort Keepers of Plymouth mi. caring for my husband, for about 5yrs. I have recommended them to many people in need of home care for loved ones. Any issue that came up, during that time, were always worked out . They fit the caregiver to the patient very well. Their staff is easy to talk with and understands what the needs are. The caregivers are the best trained . As time went on, the needs for my husband increased, they would assess the situation, and make the needed changes. If I needed caregivers again. I would call them and trust that they would do a good job.

Comfort Keepers has many wonderful people. The office staff was kind, responsive, flexible, and especially accommodating after I concluded service. Thinking I would no longer need assistance, I soon realized I desperately needed more, and they quickly aided me. A lovely young lady conducted the pre-service evaluation in a professional, interactive, and caring way. She also unhesitatingly jumped into the care process when needed. Three of my caregivers particularly sparkled. They reliably reminded me to take my meds, prepared meals for me, and kept my kitchen and bath tidy. One of them lovingly fussed at me to put away my laptop (my face was “plastered” to it, playing) and get some sleep. Another was very proactive - instead of waiting for me to ask, she probed whether I would like this and that (such as breakfast). When I did ask her to find something, she had no trouble doing so. Yet another actually asked me to give her work to do! All were cheerful and kept my spirits up. I couldn’t have endured recovery from hip replacement surgery without Comfort Keepers.

With my wife undergoing two major back surgeries within a week in [date removed], I contacted Comfort Keepers of Memphis. They provided attentive and caring ladies for 12 hour shifts while she was in the hospital. They were always on time and saw to it that my wife was never lacking for whatever she needed. After she went home, I also used them until she could do things on her own. The communication with the owners and the scheduling staff and the service from everyone involved was excellent. Coming from a real estate sales and service background, this is how things should be done!

I have worked with [name removed] with Comfort Keepers for several years now and I continue to be impressed with how fast they are to respond to a call about a family I need help with... we are so blessed to have them on our list of first folks to call when my families need support at home or here at our community !
