Atria Crossroads is a very friendly community with a clean environment. The staff are friendly. There are some things they weren't able to provide as far as care goes, but they do a good job overall.

We were pleased with them. We had a good experience. They're conveniently located, and the building faces the back 9 of the golf club. The admissions director was wonderful. They were very good any time we had a little problem - they called us back and got back to us quickly. My loved one was happy there, and we would use them again for a respite stay. The only problem was we couldn't get the cable TV to work, and the other residents said that was pretty typical.

Brookdale South Windsor is a cozy assisted living facility. In addition to superior individualized care, they also offer skilled nursing care. It is one of the few facilites in CT that can care for diabetic residents. Our mom was very happy in her precious apartment and that gave us much peace of mind. We wouldn't hestiate to recommend Brookdale South Windsor to anyone and everyone!

They were good. A couple of times people wouldn't show up or left my sister alone. But as far as the staff, they immediately tried to help me and get me somebody to come and help in those instances.

Remarkable Home Care has assisted us since 2019 with daily in home care for my now, 99 year old mother. The initial family interview and process for selection of the caregiver(S) was excellent. Follow up by the staff regarding the caregiver is intermittent and regular. Scheduling was easy and efficient. The two caregivers we have used over time have been exceptional, experienced and very caring. Overall, Remarkable Home Care is a "remarkable" organization for those seeking in home care.

My mother has since passed, and the amazing staff at care given at home have been such a great support. Throughout the years we’ve had them caring for our mom, the caregivers have all been very dependable and the quality of care has been great. Through rehab and hospice, they were always very supportive, and even the office staff was great and conscientious of what we were going through. This company has helped up through a very tough time, and they helped make everyone’s lives happier and more wholesome throughout.

I chose them because they were recommended to me by someone else. Most of the time they are pretty good about their scheduling. They are on time and show up when they are supposed to. My caregivers will do pretty much everything I will ask him to do, but I am not as dependent on someone else as others may be. I had a good experience with them and I would recommend to others looking.
