Care of my mom
My mom had the beginning of Alzheimer's disease when she was living in my sister's home in N.Y. I lived in Florida and could not help so we contacted SeniorCare Companions to get a few hours per day help. [name removed] and [name removed] were instrumental in finding a person to take care of my mom. Right from the beginning they brought over [name removed]. [name removed] became my mom's caregiver for the next 2 years until she passed a year ago. [name removed] was my mom's savior. My mom LOVED [name removed] like she was family. My sister and I also loved her for taking the best care of my mom! It was so obvious how my mom did not want anybody else taking care of her except [name removed] . In fact a year later, my sister and I still keep in touch with [name removed]. We cannot thank [name removed] enough for how she took stellar care of my mom. She was always on time, patient, honest, caring, compassionate and always there and willing to do anything for my mom. I would absolutely use Senior Care again to take care of your loved one.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Seniorcare Companions

A Place for Mom has scored Seniorcare Companions 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
