This is my second time using Bright Watch, but I needed to use their service for different family members so I wanted to add another review. I first hired Bright Watch in 2014 for my parents and they serviced us until November 2019 when both my parents passed away. In April 2020 my husband and I noticed my mother-in-law's Alzheimers has progressed we decided it was time we get a caregiver. I recommended Bright Watch to my husband's family due to my awesome experience. They agreed so I called Bright Watch and spoke with [name removed] who has been there for 10 years and she gave me a ton of info to pass on to the family. My husband's 6 brothers and sisters each reached out to her individually. She was so kind, helpful and answered all our questions. Long story short we signed up to use Bright Watch again and we have been very happy with the caregivers and both [name removed] and [name removed] in the office. To all of the staff Bright Watch, you have been a blessing to my whole family, thank you AGAIN!
My mom has been feeling pretty good with the people coming in and helping her out and the service provided.
Around The Clock Home Care has been fantastic. I really appreciate how patient Eric has been and how awesome our caregiver Crystal is! She is truly amazing! Who would of thought I'd be able to have not only a caregiver for my mother but a personal chef! I am so happy I've found them and would most definitely recommend to a friend!
