Vista Springs - Northview
Vista Springs - Northview is an assisted living community located in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan for senior citizens living with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other memory-related illnesses. Our stunning and supportive community is an excellent place to live and visit for both patients and their families.
While our community offers many of the same amenities as other assisted living centers, we focus specifically on memory care. At Vista Springs, we try to remind residents of what's happening in the present by encouraging them to participate in engaging activities. We also do everything we can, however, to ensure that all of our patients are safe and secure within our facility. That's why we have a computerized system that alerts our staff members if a resident wanders off to an unsafe area. Our staff are also awake and available 24 hours each day to help residents with any issues that they have.
While we strive to meet the mental, emotional, and physical needs of our patients, our community offers a variety of amenities and features not found at other assisted living communities, such as:
- Speech therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Secured community
- Wander alert system
- Can administer injections and medications
- Wheelchair accessibility
- Accepts cats and dogs
- Hospice available
- Beautician on-site
Our community is a fun and relaxing place to be, but don't take our word for it. Come check us out for yourself at Vista Springs - Northview.
