All the staff are exceptionally friendly and have a genuine desire to perform the services that are offered as best they can. The food is excellent. They do a good job keeping the residents busy with activities. When we visited initially, we were really impressed with how much they were patient-oriented. Instead of just following rules or listening to their supervisors, they are motivated by focusing on the patients. That was not the case at other places we toured, where it seemed they were more concerned with glitter and flash. This is an incredible place and gives you peace of mind for your loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication is wonderful. They are responsive, helpful, and caring to make sure all the family's questions are answered. I couldn't have found a better place for my mom.

Vineyard Place is a good place to be in because they care for their patients. I really like the activities and the food. They offer exercise in the mornings, movies, and they even have karaoke. The food is mostly served in the dining room, but residents can request room service. The community is all on one floor and it is locked. I've noticed this past weekend staff was a bit less than normal, but its usually fully staffed. They offer 1 one 1 care if needed and they are very attentive to my loved ones needs. They're very alert about the amount of medication left and when a refill is needed. Out of all the communities we toured, this one was the best. I would recommend Vineyard Place to others.

Some of the organizational stuff on the administrative side is lacking and getting answers and responses. However this is the only complaint that I have about this community. We feel like my loved one is getting a lot here and we are happy with this. This is an awesome place and every time we go everyone is very friendly and out loved one is out and socializing and happy. Every time she talks she tells us how happy she is and that says a lot there. THere are three things protect, engage and love and they do a good job at all these things. They give you what they say they are going to give you.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Having had to care for my mom 8 years ago with dementia, my sister and I are now faced with having to care for our aunt who basically has no family left. She suffers from stroke related dementia, and while she is very high functioning at the moment, we know she is slowly in decline. She has always been super independent.... this is the only memory care place that allows her to live as independently as she can, given such difficult circumstances. Food is wonderful, staff is truly passionate about what they do and memory care is one of the toughest industries. Facility is bright, clean, and visually fresh and attractive. I would want to go here if I could no longer care for myself! Every visit, my aunt looks her best, she’s clean, well groomed and always well dressed in her clothes, which was always of great importance to her prior to her memory loss. She was able to keep her cat, which is everything and her cat seems very happy here as well. This type of care is always far from inexpensive, but the value of care that they give is worth every penny.... such peace of mind for the people that struggle every day trying to care for their loved ones.... it’s one of the hardest roads! The cost I have indicated below is more because my relative is occupying a double room by herself due to the fact she is so high functioning.

Vineyard has a wonderful caring staff . The nurse and caregivers are loving and kind. They were great with my mom and were unbelievably kind each step of the way. Dementia took my mothers life but we are so thankful that the staff at Vinyard treated her like their mom. She was at Vinyard memory care until she passed and we are so blessed that at the end of her life she had so much love around her. I recommend this memory care facility to anyone who is struggling with decisions on where to place there loved ones.

An extraordinary facility. Vineyard Place has partnered with my family to ensure my mom receives the best care, physically, emotionally, spiritually. All are dedicated to enhancing her quality of life. I love being able to visit my mom at anytime or call when I can't visit and have my questions answered; 24 hrs!!! The caregivers are absolutely the best in the field. The facility is always clean and welcoming. It is truly a family atmosphere. Chef, event coordinator, front desk staff, etc all participate in ensuring the atmosphere is conductive to healthy and enjoyable life for the residents. Best choice I made for my mother!

We moved my parents in the first month the facility was open. Loved the warm welcome, personal interest shown them and the new building with very appealing layout. My folks rave about the personal care, fun variety of activities and the fact that they get nearly all their medical needs met onsite. Podiatrist, haircut/stylist, wound care nurses, and general doctor visits provide services on location. Lots of volunteers frequent VP year round celebrations.

Nice well kept. Staff is mostly very nice and helpful. I believe it to be a bit expensive! My loved one is pretty well taken care of! Memory care is not easy for family or friends much less staff. Good news is they allow small dogs! Love for Mom!

I'm not a good writer but I know when I like something. In my career I have been in many senior facilities. Never was fond of any until this one, its staff is superb. They treat patients with respect, and family as friends. The place is immaculate, with food fit for everyone, not just patients. This place keeps patients happy. The best I have ever seen.

After visiting 14 facilities for my Dad, Vineyard Place was my choice. It is memory care only - which stood out for me. The entire staff is amazing! Caring and attentive to my Dad's every need. The food is so good! The property is bright and very clean. I sleep (finally) well knowing my Dad is in great care and safe. So happy with my choice!

[Name removed], the RV Director and her senior staff set the tone for superior care! When touring VP before palcing my husband, I recognized the superior layouts of the building. It was bright, clean and constructed in such a way that the residents could freely walk around a beautiful outdoor enclosed area and have free access in and out. The most important aspect of VP is the quality of care given. The caregivers are given ongoing training and chosen because of their hearts to serve. They all are very loving and compassionate - [Name removed] (a caregiver) told me "When I go home I truly miss the residents." She (and others ) look on them as family. There is never an unpleasant odor and my husband is always clean and well groomed. I highly recommend VP!

I have toured several communities in this area and Vineyard is by far superior to all. The care, understanding and patience by the staff is fantastic. I do not worry about my spouse and he is very difficult to handle. I give thanks that I found Vineyard. The director is amazing/

My mother was in another facility before coming here and she was a very angry person because the meds she was being given were too much and not doing anything for UTI. [Name removed], the administrator noticed right away that she was in pain and spoke to her doctor. As of today, my mom is a happy camper and enjoys being at Vineyard Place. Thank you!

A Place for Mom has scored Vineyard Place 9.2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
