Murrieta gardens has all the necessities your loved one could possibly need ! And the staff is also excellent with all their patients one in particular by the name of [name removed] goes above and beyond by ensuring that my mom gets the best care possible I’m sure she does it for all the resident as well. she is very kind and friendly and very passionate of her her position position !!

My loved one was there a short period of time. Everything was good. They were helpful, and nice. My loved one was very well cared for. The food was good. They had different activities for residents, and they seemed to be having a good time. The value for the money was good. We picked this community because, it was the closest to our house, and it was more affordable. I would recommend it to other families.

My loved one was only here for 11 days before she passed.
The staff was all so wonderful and helpful to get her in here. The room was beautiful and they allowed us to make it homier. They went the extra mile. Hospice was here with her and they came daily. The staff were really wonderful and so caring and patient. They were great with communication as well. Every time we went to visit, they were always doing activities with the other residents inside, outside, in different rooms, etc. They also have a wonderful art room for those who enjoyed doing art. The facility is very safe and secure and extremely clean.
I would absolutely recommend Murrieta Gardens to others.

Everything has been great!
Everything has been great. Very clean facility and they are open all hours of the day or night for communication. We are welcomed to stop by anytime, day or night. They provide all kinds of activities and games. There is always something going on.

Overall, this facility is just ok. I wanted my husband close to home, that's the main reason we chose this facility. I was there everyday with him, all day. So I was his caregiver and advocate. All of his aides were so sweet and so nice. They were just great with him. He had dementia and has since passed. To this day, I have not heard a single word from this staff, director, or facility at all. No call, no letter, nothing. No condolence whatsoever. I felt like I was dropped off of a cliff after he passed, as far as they are concerned. I would been comforted with even a postcard. Some sort of closure. I would suggest that they implement that so others don't feel the way that I did and still do. Staffing is definitely an issue here, they can't keep people around. The turnover is tremendous. Some days we would push the help button and wait for 35 minutes or more for a response. Housekeeping struggled with staffing. A lot of times the cleaning staff didn't show up to work. So I just always cleaned his room myself. The workers that they did have were really doing the best that they could, but they were so overwhelmed. I'm not sure I would recommend them, but if you do choose this facility be prepared to be an everyday advocate. This is not the place you can take your loved one and feel at ease knowing they will be on top of the care and that they will get what they need (ie: meds on time, which we had an issue with).

When I went for information the Executive Director and Resident Care Director, [ name removed] and [name removed], spent time with me as well as the Marketer. It meant a lot to me and now my mom lives there and my relationship with them continues to grow. The team there cares about what they do and it shows. My mom has been happy since day one.

5 star facility
I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are absolutely amazing. We chose Murietta Gardens because when I toured the facility I looked at the residents who were already here and they were all happy, conversing, and some of them actually waved and said hello, it was indirect proof that these people were truly happy here. Every person I have come into contact with all staff are like individual angels no matter what department they are in. I would highly recommend them to other families.

Murrieta Gardens review
The last time we were able to go in and visit, this community was fairly cleaned and smelled clean. They also seem to get the residents to socialize when they can. The staff members are pretty friendly, and very accommodating. We do get pictures of our loved one participating in the activities and she always looks to be having fun, happy and doing good. They are doing the best that they can when it comes to the care services, we are satisfied. Sometimes the communication isn't quite there like it should be.

Lovely Facility
It is a really lovely facility. The staff were professional and helpful. However, my mom had a fall in between 30 minutes check. I chose this community because I thought is was a pretty place for her to be. I liked the fact they has a lot of activities and church services which were important to my her. I would recommend this community to other families.

i would warn other families to not to put their loved there because of the constant changing of management and care staff leading to mismanagement of the entire building. The food is horrible and worse than cafeteria food. The caregivers are rude, condescending, and have a lack of dignity and respect for the residents. This is not what we expected.

An Exceptional Choice
After looking at several different facilities, we found Murrieta Gardens. It is second or third generation family owned, It is new, small, intimate and so caring. The owners are accessible as well, which is so nice. My husband had dinner with my mom there one evening, and he said it was the best food he has ever eaten. My mom is blind but they still take the time to offer her choices of the four entrees available at each meal. It was an agonizing decision to make and the staff made the transition smooth for all of us. I really do believe God led us to them. All of the workers are caring and compassionate. My mom is so important to me and she is also important to them.
