The staff members get 5 stars! They are outstanding! The care services get 4 stars, however our loved one who is a patient there has sever short term memory loss and we are sure it is difficult to remind her of things 24/7. We have only had one meal there but it was good. The staff was thoughtful enough to bring my husband and I dinner the night we were finishing setting up our loved ones room because we hadn't had time to eat all day! However our loved one has commented many times that she also likes the food. Our loved one is very active and love to interact with the people and she really enjoys the outings. As far as value, from what I have learned about the cost to live in an assisted living facility, Laurel Glen is competitive. However, I think they really shine in how their staff interacts both with the residents & their families. They are extremely accommodating and very compassionate.
