We toured the facility during an open house after renovations. The general feeling was upbeat, and the residents were enjoying the various activities and food. The rooms we were shown were immaculate and well appointed.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My 94 year old father is in here. He loves his new home, and I am very happy with it. They have many activities and you can be as active as you want to be. Love the friendliness of all the people and staff. Great place to liveReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My mother was a resident at Town Village for six years. Unfortunately, she recently had to move to assisted living. Town Village represents to their tenant's that if they are absent from the facility for 5 days they will receive a meal credit on their billing statement. However, they have failed and refused to abide by this policy. They also bill for meal delivery services in a way that is confusing and difficult, if not impossible to dispute. It appears they care more about their bottom line than they do about their tenants. If you care about your loved one I would advise you to proceed with great caution if you are considering Town Village, Vestavia Hills. Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
