I was really pleased with my tour experience at this community. The staff made sure to make my loved one and I feel welcomed and answered any questions I had for them with patience. They had very well maintained courtyard and lots of great scenery surrounding the building. The apartments where spacious and had lot of room for storage as well as a full kitchen. Overall everything was great I just needed more of an assisted living for my mother than an independent living.

Poorly Built, cheap construction, drafty and poorly insulated. Don't live on the north side, too much noise from traffic and Walmart trucks constantly going by.

Staff was very pleasant and professional. I also loved the decor in their front lobby and that on each floor the residents had their front door area decorated and this make it very homey. I was also disappointed that utilities are not included. Also the garage would cost me another $65.00 with the rent being $775-850. I wouldn't be able to afford this amount. But I like the location and I liked all of the events that had to offer. It is to bad it isn't in my budget range.

Very nice. Love how new, bright, and cheerful this location was. Pros: location, new facility, organized activities, common spaces were really nice, washer/dryer and dishwasher in each unit. Cons: cost, fewer utilities included (must pay for electricity and gas), no meals provided.
